    Scheduled Geek team never came out to our home to perform the service (installation and set up of our newly purchased 65inch TV system) due to sickness of a member of their team. This site forces an Overall Rating; therefore, I selected 2 stars....

    Geek Squad outsourced to a 3rd party vender that scheduled me for a time between 7am and 7pm then said they would be there between 1:30pm and 4:30pm. Didn’t show up until around 5:30pm and had no clue how to setup a TV. Had to show them where the power plug went. Called best but to ensure a geek squad member could come and fix my issues and they again outsourced to the same 3rd party company. I had to drive to the store a speak with the GM to try and get things fixed.

    They took longer than expected to mount my tv. Also they didn’t ask if I needed anything hooked up to it. They didn’t show me how to take it down and it’s so close to the wall that I can’t connect my antenna.
