    The installation was great. Very professional. My 85 in tv is still in retail mode and cannot use all the features. I was given the wrong remote and was told by the geek squad that they would get one ordered and finish install. No communication since. Feel forgotten.

    This was supposed to be a full movement mount and i dont dare touch it for fear my 75" tv will fall to the floor! Im very disappointed with my install. Geek squad has always done a great job before. Wont hire them again.
