The team that came to my house knew exactly what they were doing. TV placement required a new mount, which fortunately, they had on the truck. They mounted the new mechanism after measuring and adjusting carefully so the placement was just right. They vacuumed up the mess from drilling, took away the massive box and mountain of packing material, and left everything working properly. The walked me through the new controls so I was able to enjoy my new TV right away. I'm a happy customer!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with service from a company. Mounting a 65 inch TV two guys came out from geek squad they knew exactly what they needed to do. They asked for customer feedback on the height of the TV. The TV was hung so straight I could not believe it. They even took a little vacuum and vacuumed up the little stuff on the floor. It was the best experience I would highly recommend their service.

Gunther and his co-worker were wonderfull guests in my home. They were extremely knowleagable and professional. They answered each and every question I had in complete detail and did an excelllent job in demonstrating all aspects of my new tv and accompanying sound system set up. I am not sure. I thought they did a great job, the tv looks good and sturdy. But they left me feeling uneasy about using my full rotation wall mount. I bought the correct size, but was advised to limit using it otherwise tv could fall eventually. I bought the full motion so I could rotate. I checked to see if i am covered by them if it does fall, I couldn't find anything so i bought their 2 year plan today (I didnt want to) but for my peace of mind, I did. I hope I will not have to use it, especially for something like that.

If you want it done correctly and quickly then this is the way to go. The squad answered all my questions and showed me all the features. Well done.

Rich and Sebastian provided excellent service; including going back to the store to pick up another TV when we found out the screen on the first one they brought out was cracked. They took down the old TV, installed the new TV and ran through how the menu sytem worked for this TV.

Geek Squad techs installed my new TV, and I highly recommend this service. They were on-time and fast and efficient, especially when I needed this big TV hoisted above the fireplace mantle and mounted on the wall. Before leaving, they made a point of showing me some of its best features. They went to an app showing 4K video and another app playing Dolby Atmos sound, and I was blown away.

I recently bought a 65" TV and wall mount, which was expertly mounted by the Geek Squad. They made sure that I was 100% happy with the location and position of the TV, and made sure it was perfectly level. They made sure I knew how everything works before they left. Sure, I could mount my own TV, but it was nice to have time to work on some other things while the Geek Squad took care of it.

Geek Squad guy John came to our house and installed our new Toshiba 43" TV over our fireplace. He was extremely careful to not cause any damage; and took his time looking over the entire setup first to make sure he got it right on the first take. He was also very respectful of our home, making sure he wore booties so as not to track anything in our our carpet. He was also very pleasant to talk to, and informative about the product and what to expect. He sold me an extra Geek Squad contract in order to save me money overall... in other words, he made sure I got the best deal possible. Thanks John!
