This is the second time in two weeks I have purchased the Premium Mounting Service through Best Buy and would highly recommend!!! These guys are fantastic! In fact, from the time of purchase until completion of instal the entire process is stress free and painless which is exactly how we like it! My husband and I are busy and my husband stresses over jobs like this! It’s not worth us doing it ourselves and Best Buy does it on your schedule and is neat, quick and super professional! Both times, the installers went above and beyond to ensure we were entirely pleased with the job! This is the way to go for every electronic and appliance install! Thanks for the option Best Buy!!

We bought a 65” TV and had it delivered. We also had an old and extremely heavy 50” TV that had to be taken off of its mount so the 65” could be mounted. The 2 Geek Squad guys were great in completing all tasks. There were no complaints. They were also very thorough in showing us how to use our new TV. It was a pleasant and fairly quick experience. Geek Squad was magnificent.

The technicians that came to my house to mount my TV were super nice and professional. Super happy with how it looks and will definitely reach out for future services for the professionalism. Maybe a LITTLE pricey though.

Best Buy did a fabulous job of setting up our new 65” Sony Bravia. We could not be happier with the friendly professional service provided by the installers.

Geek Squad did a great job mounting my 75-in Sony TV weighing 95 lb onto the wall. The technicians were very thorough and ensured that everything was to my liking when they were mounting it. Once the TV was mounted, the technician went through the setup process with me and made sure I was comfortable using the TV before he left. Geek Squad did much better than I expected and I would definitely recommend them for TV installation.

Great service. Always willing to work with me until it’s what we want. Could have used a helper considering the size of the tv. I did have to help lift it.

The Geek Squad (Ben and Xavier) came to my home to install my new TV and to hang and install my bigger, older TV above my fireplace after a recent move. The new TV was hooked up to cable, adjusted and on quickly. The older TV took a lot of work. There was no cable available and the wall would have needed to be torn apart in order to do that. Ben suggested the Spectrum app and spent a lot of time with me to acquaint me with the system. Also, the TV settled after they left and they needed to come back to level it. They were very accessible and polite. I appreciated their help.

Excellent service. Courteous and professional. Geek Squad set up my tv without wires hanging everywhere and no damage to anything in the room.

Very happy with Geek Squad installation. They were very prompt and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave until we were familiar with the equipment.

My TV was hung too high. I requested 6 inches above my original TV stand, but there was a miscommunication between the 2 third party geek squad installers and it was hung 17 inches. It was light watching TV in the front row of a movie theater. Best Buy was awesome and sent another geek squad employees to lower the mount. However it could only be lowered another 6 inches due to the in wall cable installation. Now the screws holes show above the TV. A damage report was to be entered but I have not heard from anyone yet. I have tried to call but am unable to get through. I would recommend the geek squad because they did an awesome job of installing but MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE AS TO THE HIEGHT.

I thought the guys did a great job on installation, cleanup, etc. my only reason for not giving a five star is I waited a long time for them to get there they were late and I think Best Buy could do a better job of targeting a start time, when you make a reservation, they don’t even tell you whether it’s gonna be morning or afternoon until like the day before which doesn’t give you much time to plan for anything

Second time we used the service and had friendly gentleman come do they exchanged the tvs very quickly in and out in about 45 minutes the update to the tv took the longest time but stayed to make sure everything worked

Very great company. Technicians were professional and knowledgeable. I asked about hiding wires to TV and they help get that squared away on the spot.

This service was great! I didn't expect them to bring a folding table but it was needed for a 100" tv. The installers were terrific and very helpful in deciding which mount, I purchaed 2, to use. Thank you for this service being included in the gigantic tv.

Our installers were excellent. They explained every step and outlined what our choices would do to enhance or restrict our enjoyment of the TV. They made sure we could actually use the remotes and understood what they could do. I couldn't give Marco and Ethan enough commendations they did a great job and were pleasant to have in the house.

I had an excellent experience getting my tv mounted by a geek squad team member. He was very professional, timely and even cleaned up after the install.

Absolutely first rate 5 star. They were great, informative, careful, took the time to explain things and set things up for me. Ron and the other gentleman (whose name escapes me at the moment), did a wonderful job and they were on time!
