Crew saw knowledge

Structual issues, but they were nice.

If they would have done the pre-inspection that was scheduled this would have been addressed before their arrival. While disappointing they did unbox the product and remove a significant portion of the cost for the delivery.

Terrible terrible service

I was then told the tv i ordered was out of stock. They told me the fastest way to get a new tv was to go to the nearest store. Off i went to the store, paid for the tv and service, waited another 2 weeks. Then comes the day of arrival, 2 hrs prior to my delivery time Best Buy calls me and says it has to be transfrered to another agent and the next available day is August 12. After spending a ton of money at Best Buy over the years, this was my final straw. Buyer beware with this company, its like russian roulette if your delivery is going to show up!!!! Awful!
