The agents did a meticulous job mounting my new TV. It was difficult because they needed to relocate the existing mount so as not to block my sliding glass windows. They routed all the wires very cleanly and professionally and they cleaned up after themselves. I am completely satisfied.

I decided to get the mounting service because I didn't think I was up to the task of mounting a 65" tv on the wall myself. What a great idea that was, because they were super quick, friendly, and professional, and knew exactly how to mount the tv safely and securely. They were able to figure out that I had metal studs and make sure there was no chance of the TV falling out, because the previous one that was there was directly on the drywall and could have fallen out at any time. Don't skip on this service, it's the smart and safe decision.

Geek squad (Jho & Louis) mounted my 65” tv & set everything up—tv, remote, etc. Then Jho took the time to sit with me & teach me how to use everything. They were the best!

Great! Two ppl came and they were very kind and helpful. They knew what they were doing and ran back to their van a lot to get what they needed to help (there was an issue w power source). Each time they ran in and out they put on their shoe covers which I greatly appreciated since we are a no shoe household (and I didn’t tell them). They also didn’t smell! : ) sometimes I’ve had installation employees smell like cigarettes, sweat, etc - but not these team members!

The agents were on time and they mounted my tv perfectly. They verified the spot I wanted and cleaned up any dust left behind.

The young gentlemen that installed my tv were respectful, efficient and very pleasent. Couldn't have asked for more.

The agents quickly mounted my TV to the wall. The wall it was installed on has some idiosyncrasies but they were able to work around them.

The two Columbus based Best Buy Geek Squad technicians who came out to deliver and wall mount my new SONY 55" TV were great. They were very professional, knowledgeable and personable, and took all required covid-19 precautions while in my home. Their work was quick and the mounting looks great. It is very neat and the various cords are well organized and barely noticeable. I highly recommend these two guys. Any Best Buy customer in the Columbus area who is lucky enough to have these two guys tapped to deliver and install their new TV will be delighted with the service.

They did a nice and professional job. Could i have done this myself probably, but it was worth the service for the delivery and mounting for this size tv. I didnt have to worry about anything and it was mounted to a great height based on their expierence, room size, and couch distance. Also was willing to give me a complete run through of the device and setup, i did not need it; but really it was unexpected and probably would be useful for most customers. No complaints and only praise from me.

Mounting and installing my TV and soundbar was as usual, Perfect.

I bought two units of this service to mount the Sony X950H 65" (XBR65X950H) in the living room and the Sony X950 55" (XBR55X950H) in the master bedroom, both on the Sanus premium series swivel TV wall mount (BLF328-B1). The same technician completed the installation of both in less than 2.5 to 3 hours and was professional, friendly, and observing prescribed covid safety measures; the installation took place in early August 2020 in Anaheim, California. I am thinking about getting a third TV for the third floor and would consider using this premium TV mounting service again.

The technician's name whom mounted our televisions is Jeff Hollandsworth. He did a phenomenal job. Not only did he mount the televisions perfectly but gave me a very informative block of instructions on making older gaming system compatible with them. He also sent some connectors he's saved to connect my Dreamcast. He is an awesome technician.

The agents were on time, went right to work and had no trouble mounting my tv on the wall. They were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job.

Jeremy was one of the best installers we have ever had. He is extremely polite and has so much patience and knowledge. He was here when he said he was going to be and let us know if we had any questions to just ask. He set up everything just the way we wanted it. GO JEREMY!!!!

The installers were both personal and professional. They were also very knowledgeable in the products they were installing as well as devices I had mentioned connecting to the tv. 5 out of 5 install.
