Lack of response

I had serious issues with these people with lack of response from one of the technicians after a follow up visit. Numerous calls to customer service, an no one seemed to be helpful. Finally I got through to someone who actually knew how to handle issue. I would never go with these people again.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.On original date to be delivered, I was under the impression that it would be installed also…as I kept getting emails to “prep” my area for installation. Once that was cleared up and rescheduled, and having a huge box in my living room for an additional two weeks, Geek Squad called the day before scheduled installation to cancel and reschedule. I cancelled the order and did it myself. My overall experience with Best Buy was terrible. From recommending an incorrect mount that wasn’t in stock (delaying TV delivery for over a month) to confusion on delivery vs delivery AND installation, to the final straw of Geek Squad cancelling appt. The other place is right. I was sorry.
