Horrible Customer Service

The Best Buy customer service could not have been worse via plus call center and Mid Rivers MO store. Carl the manager told me the problems with my delivery was because “I’m not the first person or last who will have my experience as well he threatened to return my 3k purchase rather than help. Over 8k spent in that store and that is how I was treated. Done as a customer, plus member and CC holder (will cancel plus membership and payoff and cancel CC. Nobody cared so why would i continue to be a customer.

Quick setup

I had alot questions but they weren't very helpful. It seemed like they just wanted to hurry it up and leave. They had already placed my extra boots and spacers in there carry along bag. I figured I paid for the mount and the hardware that was included in it. That was the only issue I had. Otherwise, they were okay.
