Exceptionally Awful Experience,
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrid experience, First crew couldn't even find the studs in the wall (i later found them w/ a magnet) & was unable to mount the TV (it is quite large). 2nd crew sent to us couldn't mount the TV either but at least were knowledgeable & able to identify the issue (non-traditional metal studs). To add insult to injury I have called several times for a refund over the past several months and still haven't received it. So i continue to spend large amounts of time trying to get my refund. DO NOT USE GEEK SQUAD!!

Not the best experience...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased a Samsung TV end of October 2021, but come to find out the TV was defective. I called the issue into Best Buy in December and they referred me to Samsung. Samsung had a Technician come and inspect the TV and they too agreed the TV was defective. It took around 2 weeks after that to get an approval from Samsung for a replacement TV. An appointment with Geek Squad to replace the TV was scheduled and I was asked to wait on a Saturday from 1-8pm. The Technician never showed up, didn't call or text nor did they send an email. I called for an update and although the person who helped me was very apologetic, it took another 1-2 weeks to reschedule and get a new TV. Altogether it took about 2 months to finally get a replacement. Overall, we did not have a positive experience this time around.
