    The Geek Squad was late to the appointment. The technician installed the mount and TV fairly quickly, but could not connect the TV to my existing stereo components, Bose surround sound system and universal remote. I was disappointed and frustrated.

    I could not cancel my apt so I called the Pearl City, Hawaii geek squad directly and canceled with a phone agent. This apt was canceled and the staff called to say that they are on their way…
