It wasnt geek squad guy - it was a 3rd party hire

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The guy came in, and mounted my TV on the wall but had no clue about anything else. Then I found he wasn't even a geek squad guy - he was an outside hire! He didn't know how to set up my channels or the app. Was NOT worth the $199 I paid to get this new TV mounted and installed correctly.
