Wasn’t Geek Squad
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv was delivered and mounted by 3rd party contractor. I was expecting and paid for Geek Squad. My TV was mounted, but they didn’t center it between my surround sound speakers in my wall. They didn’t use the 4K UHD HDMI cable I had purchased to go with my tv, they used the old one already in my wall. I don’t know if it makes a difference or not.

not clear on extra charges
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tech couldnt explain why i was being charge extra for a wall with fireplace since there was absolutely nothing other than drywall and studs. no special materials like stone or bricks.

Poor customer service

Said it was rescheduled for the next day without telling me, but then cancelled that too. Then rescheduled and canceled three more times. I went 6 weeks being strung around given different stories from the item was on back order, to there weren't enough agents available. Yet, they kept rescheduling and canceling within minutes afterward. Chat agents, phone agents, in-store agents, all were on a different sheet of music. Terrible experience.

It was just alright for me
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The geek squad agents connected all my devices but did not hide the wires as I specifically requested when I placed the order. The reason was they didn’t have those supplies on the truck. They install entertainment systems all over the Charlotte area and no one else requests their wires to be hidden? I found that unusual.
