Showed up on time and good communication. However tv wasn’t level or centered and the wall was nicked up.

The geek squad agents connected all my devices but did not hide the wires as I specifically requested when I placed the order. The reason was they didn’t have those supplies on the truck. They install entertainment systems all over the Charlotte area and no one else requests their wires to be hidden? I found that unusual.

Just that! It was set up. Plugged, hooked and remote partially programmed. Not at all happy with the set up nor the programming of (partial) of remote. Felt cheated on the total setup and cost for what was done. Premium should not be used for this minimum set up. More things to purchase AFTER spending a substantial amount of money already. Being told only credit cards are accepted. I was livid and will not recommend Best Buy and set up to anyone, including to my enemies!! Took boxes that a piece was in and I guess trashed by the employers (antenna) that I want and need!! Told that new code required outlet next to tv on wall, absolute lie. Where was the permit? I am positive there were no electrical license in their pockets or phones!!! More money from on those lies. Truly disgusted.

Great installation and recommendations by geek squad.

I made sure to select a TV with Bluetooth, I also purchased soundbard for both TV's including one I purchased and installed by Best Buy a year ago. The motivation in selecting bluetoth equipped TV's was to allow interface with my Bluetooth Hearing Aids. After installation I was told by technicians the LG TV would not work with my hearing aids and I wouldhahve to purchase another $300 equipment to get them to work. Either the sales person or techniciams were misinformed. Bottom line, I made the purchase but am no better off, cna't use my hearing aids. Technicians seemed to be in a hurry or didn't know how o make them work. Disappointed.

Scheduled a home install to mount a tv. They stated to block off a Saturday from 7am to 7pm for installers to arrive. The night before, I get an email stating schedule window is 2pm-6pm. They still arrive at 12pm, before the scheduled time. I told them where to mount the tv. They didn't mount it in the correct spot. When I told them where I said I wanted it, they said they couldn't fix it because they had to leave, and that I would have to schedule a redo install. Even though the install only took 20 minutes, they wanted me to wait another week, have to block off another 12 hour day for them to arrive, when they did the job wrong. And after they left, I then noticed the huge mess they left, plastic and garbage everywhere, and the screws for the legs of the tv they removed were missing. I contacted the geek squad customer support right after they left, but all they did was apologize an say they would fix it, but then was told to wait 24 hours. I contacted back the next day after 24 hours, explained everything again, and was told to wait another 24 hours. Two days later, I contacted the geek squad again in the chat and was on hold for 20 minutes before being disconnected. I've never had such terrible customer service from Best Buy before. I just wish I had gotten the two installer's names to report.
