I love the versatility, moving a bit this way or that, up or down.

Unfortunately, I was given a 4 hour window and the tech didn’t show up. I had to call and ask when he would arrive. Eventually he showed up 2 hours late and did a decent job.

Paid 250.00 for set up. Sales told us to get all of our passwords ready. Delivery would program everything we had as far as streaming and put it on the new tv. He made it sound like every streaming setvice channel we had, had to be re-programmed to new tv. It took the delivery guy 2 minutes. All he had to do was program the remote control to the new tv. Sales lied to us and cost us 250.00 for that. Absolutely ridiculous!

They came out and worked quickly and showed how everything worked.

I changed my mind on mounting the tv. When I move out of my apartment I would have to cover the holes.

Service was great. Easy and seamless. I’m knocking down 2 stars because they did poke a hole in my wall trying to find the stud to hang the TV mount. I wish they would have taken the time to patch it up or at least tell me about it before discovering on my own after Geek Squad technicians left.

Just that! It was set up. Plugged, hooked and remote partially programmed. Not at all happy with the set up nor the programming of (partial) of remote. Felt cheated on the total setup and cost for what was done. Premium should not be used for this minimum set up. More things to purchase AFTER spending a substantial amount of money already. Being told only credit cards are accepted. I was livid and will not recommend Best Buy and set up to anyone, including to my enemies!! Took boxes that a piece was in and I guess trashed by the employers (antenna) that I want and need!! Told that new code required outlet next to tv on wall, absolute lie. Where was the permit? I am positive there were no electrical license in their pockets or phones!!! More money from on those lies. Truly disgusted.
