Best Buy Could Have Done Better........

But Best Buy has to do a better job with letting buyers know that you still have to buy the mount with this service. Had I known that I was paying all this money and it came without an mount I wouldn't have gotten this service.

Lack of response

I had serious issues with these people with lack of response from one of the technicians after a follow up visit. Numerous calls to customer service, an no one seemed to be helpful. Finally I got through to someone who actually knew how to handle issue. I would never go with these people again.

Not Worth The Hefty Pricetag

Geek Squad made a second trip to connect my devices following my survey lamenting the cost and the fact that that was not done. That said, they scored well for attempting to rectify the issue. However, I absolutely do not see the value in spending $200 per television to mount it to the wall and connect a few devices. For $79.99 to maybe $99.99, I could see the value, but absolutely NOT for double! Keep your money if you can find a better, more cost-effective alternative.
