Geek squad issues installing TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It took 4 separate appointments to get to the right installer who could install my outdoor TV. He was excellent and we worked through the install with the right solution. The first ones were time constrained so they just left and the next one canceled and following one left 15 minutes after they arrived saying they did not know how to find the studs. After numerous calls and being promised a gift card when it was completed the last installer and I figured out how to locate the studs and install the mount. Still no gift card....
