||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the agents mounted the TV, they had no previous experience with my new TV, they struggle to get it going. they where supposed to teste everything and program remote controls etc. however they were on a rush for another job an made the experience a bad one. not what I had in mind for an expensive annual commitment

Not Worth The Hefty Pricetag

Geek Squad made a second trip to connect my devices following my survey lamenting the cost and the fact that that was not done. That said, they scored well for attempting to rectify the issue. However, I absolutely do not see the value in spending $200 per television to mount it to the wall and connect a few devices. For $79.99 to maybe $99.99, I could see the value, but absolutely NOT for double! Keep your money if you can find a better, more cost-effective alternative.
