||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The one star rating is for Best Buy and the fact that you want me to rate my Geek Squad. We did not have a geek squad who came as promised, we had a third party service who rolled up in their pick up truck with my tv strapped to the back of their truck. The men who came were nice and pleasant and took their time doing what was needed to get the tv up and ready ( 1 star not for them). Again told that geek squad was coming, that didn’t happen. Then I was told that the crew would bring the mount with them because if it wasn’t needed then geek squad would take it back with them and I wouldn’t have to worry about it. That is not what happened. Since it was a third party I now had to make a separate trip to the store to return the mount. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Best Buy when it comes to having large appliances delivered. I’m done, I will not purchase something from Best Buy again that requires a delivery always a headache or frustration.
