    The agents took away the old tv and mounted the new one easily. They connected it, but couldn't seem to coordinate the remotes. Have to use tv remote for switching from streaming to cable and sound. Use cable remote for cable

    The GS guys were friendly enough. However my tv was not wired properly. The Mount left me tv so close to the wall, the guys couldn’t tell which HDMI input Was arc and they just guessed. I ended up spending three hours trying to find the right input by feeling around. I finally found the right one but it is aggravating that they didn’t do it right the first time. I don’t like the mount, I wish I had another option. Come to find out they had mounts with them they could have offered to sell me! They told me the mount wasn’t the best option, why didn’t they sell me a different one? I could have easily done this myself. They were in a hurry and just wanted to get to the next job. Unimpressedand feeling ripped off.
