Makes watching TV like being in a movie theater!!!

Geek squad agents were very knowledgeable and respectful.

Service was exceptional and staff was very courteous.

So, the two people who were sent out were very nice and efficient. However, they somehow convinced my wife that a standard DVD players shouldn't be hooked up and that it should be a Blueray... so they got out of hooking that up... Next, since we didn't purchase a credenza to place the components in, they left the wires undressed. Finally, they didn't stay long enough to brief ME on how the set and the remotes were hooked up for operation... something I had to figure out for myself after they left...

I deeply regret choosing Best Buy’s service for my TV installation. Two installers came and told me the wall mount I had already purchased (based on their recommendation) wasn’t suitable for my condo. They charged me an extra $170 for a different bracket on the spot. Then they said my wall was concrete and demanded another $130 for that. In total, they charged me over $300 in additional fees, on top of the installation cost I had already paid earlier. This whole experience felt unfair and frustrating. There was no clear communication about these hidden charges beforehand. I absolutely do NOT recommend using Best Buy for installation services—never again!

Unprofessional amateur service. Multiple holes drilled in my wall. Installers had a cheap stud finder that was useless. Did not use supplied screws that came with my wall mount, instead bolts were used. the bolts used makes the tv unadjustable since the bolt heads stick out too far and interfere with the adjustment rails. They marked up my white wall covered it in black dirty hand prints and black scratch marks. They even used a PEN to trace the wall mount on the wall!!! I had dust all over my floor and electronics. The end result was a tv that was mounted crooked. I could have done a better job doing it myself. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
