Scheduled install was not able to install

This was noted as going in an outdoor bar area. When the TV was delivered with the setup supposed to happen, the delivery guys said they couldn't do it at this time due to being outdoors and it was colder outside. Luckily this was a free promotion with the TV I bought so I just mounted the TV myself that day. To note- I have used best buy/geek squad service before with exceptional service so this appears to be a one time thing.

Half the job?

However, they somehow convinced my wife that a standard DVD players shouldn't be hooked up and that it should be a Blueray... so they got out of hooking that up... Next, since we didn't purchase a credenza to place the components in, they left the wires undressed. Finally, they didn't stay long enough to brief ME on how the set and the remotes were hooked up for operation... something I had to figure out for myself after they left...

Posted .Let me start by apologizing in advance for any issues you may have faced. While we may offer our customers time to time the ability to upgrade a current installation, it is in no way a requirement. As for the wires that are installed, unless direct by the customer and the additional items required are purchased in advanced, are not hidden or otherwise ran in any specific way. Lastly, while we do our best to ensure all parties in the home are involved during installation and setup of their new devices, our installation team does run on a set schedule and are required to finalize their current setup in a timely manner and ensure they are ready for the next appointment as soon as possible.
