Agents mounted the TV quickly however, they didn't take the old TVs scheduled for "Haul-away". It seemed like they were in a rush to leave and made me feel uncomfortable asking questions.

The wall mount is great. Holds the TV in perfect place

The TV mounting was fine. The problem still is no replacement TV due to a damaged TV delivered and placed on my wall for over 2 weeks. Best Buy offered $50 for my tens of calls and discount to purchase another TV.

Mounts east, well, and secure. I just wish it was a little “thinner” as I used this for my 65” frame tv, which came with the mounting of its own but it did not align with the center of my wall correctly. This is a good substitute considering the circumstances.

The installers mounted it too high and need to come back and lower it so that the cords don't show.

Unfortunately the service provided didn’t satisfy the expectations that we had for the Geek Squad. Hours after the service the cable box collapsed and did a dent on the wall. We reported immediately and the technician stated that the problem will be solved the next day, but the next day never come. After a week, I went to the store to talk to the manager and he tried to get another technician but it’s going to take another 10 days to repair the problem. I asked for the refund of the service and I called a private service that came the same day and solved the issue. I hope that Best Buy have more technician to satisfy the demand of services.

Installation done by an outside vendor, not Geek Squad. Not thrilled with their performance. They seemed more intent in getting to the next job. I assume that they are paid by the job, not by the hour. The mount is up and functioning, but the explanation of the TV functions was limited.

It seems the geek squad tech was convinced there is only one level of tv mounting service when there are clearly two. It sure did not feel like a premium service and my mother in law felt as if they gave her the run around non stop over every item. The service given felt like what should be provided with any standard TV mounting.

This was was a strong and reliable mounting mechanism that we needed for our new TV. However, I wish I had research a little more before making the choic on this one. I wanted something that was strong and secure but also wanted to have some swivel so we can move the TV so we can view from different angles. This one does not have that option.

The installer were very nice and polite. However they did have a hard time doing the install. I had the TV installed over the fire place and it is not centered, it is off center by several inches. disappointed .

Staff was on time and very professional. Customer satisfaction is their priority.
