Did Not Set Up

Bad Buy

Purchased 12-16 finally delivered 1-3 after three times, Each time I waited at my home ALL DAY. The first Delivery 12-24-24 set TV up took 3 hours and TV did not work no problem that happens then waited 7 days Christmas I understand next appointment the TV was open and no remote in the box!! Wait another 8 days finally delivered. I called and went to the store and no one would help me or expedite the process you have to wait 8 days. I asked what can you offer me the reply we must have the TV on the wall before we can offer you something for your troubles. I was told I would be contacted by the Dedham store but have heard nothing. It was a TERRIBLE exprence the worst part no one helped me and WAITING in my home for 3DAYS

Useless installers
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installers arrived on time as indicated. We reviewed what needed to be done. The most importance thing is to dispose of the large old TV set. If they are not able to do it, I would have refuse the delivery and hire someone that are able. The installers appeared to be able to moved the old TV and install the new TV. After the TV is mounted to the wall, the installer told me that they are not able to take the old TV away. Giving all kinds of excuses of the unit is too heavy, we don't have room in our van, we could not lift it up the van... They left the old TV on the sidewalk and took off. It is the most unresponsive service I have ever experienced. They are not Geek squad...THEY ARE WEAK SQUAD.
