Wasn’t what I expected.

Got it mounted on the wall, plugged it in, went over the remote and called it a day. For the money I paid, I had expected a bit more.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The geek squad didn’t do a set up! Setup was done by an independent contractor. I was supposedly scheduled for 7am service but the contractor didn’t arrive until 7pm! Totally disappointed!

not recommend these set up guys from winston-salem
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.worse experience these set up guys charged 299.00 and the guy that came was suppose to show us how to use the TV with remote never told us any information about the set up and how to use the features still trying to figure it out ourselves. Also they would not put the TV where I wanted it to go over the mantle, they put lower than I ask them to do.

Geek didn’t Geek for us!

They then told us our perfectly good router wasn’t any good, and they told us what we should get. So we went back(an hour drive) to get what they recommended. Tried to set it up, even Called the Gerks for help. No good. Our cable co came out to change our cable, and told us the modem Wasn’t.a Modem, but a Mesh! So we went BACK to get a correct Modem. Which I was Finally able to set up Myself, and get our tv to work!

Just OK

I had the TV installed over the fire place and it is not centered, it is off center by several inches. disappointed .

Install 75” TV to Existing wall mount

Wall mount fits up to 84” TV. Same issue with 2nd wall mount for 60” TV. Used zip ties to secure TV to mount. Not happy wth service and have NOT received call back from Geek Squad management.
