Agents arrived without calling first to let me know they were on their way. They mounted the tv set without any issues. Had to ask them to connect sound bar which they should have known already they were supposed to do. Had ask them to connect a couple of apps. Had to ask them to go through the tv and remote features and how to use them. One of them flew through them but I managed to catch a couple. Didn’t want to keep longer-seemed like they were late for date!!!! Have had much better experience with other geek squad techs.

The agent were great installing my TV. They were on time

The Geek Squad guys came and did a good job mounting the TV on the wall.

The technicians were in a hurry and did not clean up. And I paid more for the service than the cost of the TV. Ridiculous!

This is a 1/5 star deserved rating even if there was a 0/5 star option (which there should be one) only because the TV is still on the wall and has not fallen....yet! Where to begin... Listing unsatisfactory items will make it easier and shorter to read. Items are as follows: ** The two gentlemen that showed up were not very friendly ** Both gentlemen took personal phone calls and text messages while working on the installation (fantasy football picks are not work related, take up more time, and therefore will eventually lead to price increases due to their personal agenda "on the clock") ** Did not level the TV on the mount. I was told to get a leveler (thing with bubbles in it) and to level the TV on the mount myself ** Did not clean up the mess they made (dust on floor from drilling, left leftover parts in various places) ** There were leftover parts that should have been installed and I am NOT talking about the variety of nuts and bolts that come with the mount. ** Did not hook up wires to devices I previously installed correctly even though I paid for that service. ** Vandalized my brand new flat screen TV by removing the covering around the edges which was intentionally left on due to moving residents within the next 6 months. I did NOT ask them to remove the covering!!! Bottom Line: If Geek Squad is the only available service for mounting TV's in the area to which I am moving to (very remote area), then I will install the wall mount and hang the TV myself.

Guy by the name of Luis mounted both my TV’s and set them up. Great job and great dude

The brackets are sturdy and holds the TV steady and in place

The install was fine, however they did not remove the old tv as contracted.

The installers came in and took care of everything. Cleaned up before they left.

The TV was hung perfectly above our mantle, however I must rate our overall experience with the geek squad/Best Buy as very disappointing. We have used them many times over the years and always pleased. Our experience this time has been extremely disappointing. We were given delivery dates and then multiple cancellation emails. No phone call, explanation or apology for inconvenience. We waited months for our products. Complete miscommunication from Best Buy and Geek Squad. Would not recommend.

Choose the Basic one but we are happy . Geek Squad Installation was Very good.

The Gentlement who installed our tv did a great job

Up to the point of having my new Samsung 75" TV installed, I've been highly impressed with the "in-house/store" squad members. Unfortunately my experience of having my TV and the corresponding wall bracket and sound bar mounted, was disappointing. I say I'd recommend this service but with reservations.

Service was performed on schedule and the work done was good.

I would give them a negative if I could. I don’t even know where to start because I’m still in shocked how badly I was lied to and treated by a company that I have given my business to for years !!!!!! The employee sold us a art tv and when asked if they have legs he said yes, found out it didn’t have legs so I had to call customer service and pay an additional $249 to get installed and made the appointment for the 9th, well they canceled it without any notice and I called them and said there was no one in the area that day to install it and I needed to pick another day I said that was unacceptable and the service rep hung up on me saying that’s my problem! Tried calling several other times and got the same answer !!!! Well not only did they not get my business they aren’t going to get my business ever again ! I’m done with Best Buy and I’m cancelling my credit card as well !!!!

Tv was mounted. A bolt was difficult to secure so installer left it as-is stating 3 bolts were enough to keep the TV on the wall

geek squad did a great job mounting my tvs and cleaning up the cables once mounted.

No problems. Like the product would buy it again. Trust in Best Buy!
