Choose the Basic one but we are happy . Geek Squad Installation was Very good.

Up to the point of having my new Samsung 75" TV installed, I've been highly impressed with the "in-house/store" squad members. Unfortunately my experience of having my TV and the corresponding wall bracket and sound bar mounted, was disappointing. I say I'd recommend this service but with reservations.

Geek squad agents were not able to find the ethernet cables and route them thru the wall and after they left, I just reached in to the left and found the cables on my own and routed them myself. And, I had already mounted the TV and the cable routing was all I needed. And they damaged my wall on the other TV. Waited over an hour on text and then phone to try to get a refund and damage repair on the wall but have not heard anything back as yet. Will never use Geek Squad/Best Buy services again. Ever!

No problems. Like the product would buy it again. Trust in Best Buy!

It’s outsourced by some random 3rd party I used this service so many times with geek squad and it was great. Now you get to explain everything to a call center in India and they book some random person in your area. I had to fight to get them to send two people to hang my 77” tv. Don’t do it. Don’t use this service.

Before you choose Best buy to install your Tv , be aware if you have any problems the customer service is a nightmare , almost hateful , however delivery is great , trust me have a 3rd party do your installation, best buy will nickel and dime you. We purchased this with the expectation of a complete install. Be prepared to hear“ oh that is an additional $60 “ , we call customer service and found out installing our apple tv would $50 , all additional charges on top the $250 to install the tv , which we purchased in-store and told they will install everything.

Yes they set up my TV and made sure it worked correctly.

geek squad did a great job mounting my tvs and cleaning up the cables once mounted.

On time, reminders sent, smooth set up and they cleaned everything up before leaving.

They comes installed tv plus sound bar but was making excuses for sides speakers installing finally I have no choice they recommend me speakers stand buying but never come back to installation he shared his phone but always come up fake excuses never show up ?

We received two emails with the time frame for a representative to come out. The Geek Squad did not keep their appointment. As time approached the tail end of the appointment window I called to ask what time the person was coming. First, I was told we didn’t have an appointment. After I challenged that, I was told that there was no one to come out and I would have to reschedule. The next available date was three weeks later. I did not receive a call or any notification that the Geek Squad would not keep their appointment. I immediately went to the store and asked for a refund on installation. I was not going to wait another three weeks for someone to come out; I would return the tv first rather than wait.

For the first time in my long term relationship as a customer of Best Buy, this, unfortunately, must be a negative review. First, I requested the television be mounted on the wall at the same height as previous. Not sure how this happened, but this did not occur. It is clearly higher. Second, my bedroom, where the television was hung has a wooden floor. The technician scratched the floor while installling. Not sure how this happened but can only assume he was just too lazy to lift the console that house all television necessities, ie cable box, wires etc. Very disappointing
