Never came had to reschedule. Package not available but no one called me. I had to inquire about it on my own after time was up so i waited all day to wait another week to watch the new tv.

The guys did a wonderful job on the installation of the TV

The mounting is beautiful. Wish the power cord could been hidden as well.

Ordered the mount and an In wall power extension with installation on November 30 but couldn't get the installation until February. At installation time they tell me my installation covers one, but both. So I have to pay for another. So I pay for the in wall power install. I get my credit card bill and the double bill! 2 hours of calls with Best Buy and no fix. Citi financial wants me to fax my emailed receipt to them. Who has a fax machine? So it costs me a few bucks to fax my receipt to Citi to dispute the charge. No wonder they are closing stores.

we paid extra for over the fireplace mounting, and bought an extra kit to hide the tv power cord, weren't told until after they got her they couldn't use the kit, and that all wires would have to be exposed, tech didn't even zip tie them together & didn't even hookup the tv to the wifi. Why would anyone pay $500 to simply hang a tv mount? I would not recommend

The installers were very professional, on time, and very pleasant.

What a mix ! One installer was very helpful and polite whereas the other was rude. The helpful one made sure we were satisfied with installation. The other was bossy and uninterested in our concerns. We did express our feelings to the manager.

Subject: Extremely Disappointed with Best Buy Appointment Service First, I had to wait 10 days for a service appointment scheduled between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. On the day of, I received multiple shifting time estimates—first 10:35, then 10:45, 11:00, 11:15, and finally 11:30. After noon, I was notified that I needed to call and reschedule for another day. That’s unacceptable. My time was wasted, and the lack of communication and accountability was frustrating. I will not be doing business with Best Buy again.

Great features . Better durability. Not that easy to install

The TV was set up correctly, but I asked that the TV be mounted higher and gave them an example of where I wanted the top to be. The TV wound up being more than a foot below that.

The Agents did a wonderful and provisional job....

The 2 young men were very nice but they didn’t know how to work the remote I was given. There was no instruction booklet or no instructions on the internet. I called Bestbuy and Samsung with no response

I took it home and Nerd Squad installed it when they delivered the television.

Geek squad did a very good job truly professional job

I was wanting a new 55" TV mounted above fireplace. The first person they sent out said they had been doing the job of installation consultant for only 3 months. She said she didn't know what to do in this case, and she would have installation team sent out in a few days. They gave several different options and said "it wasn't impossible, but it would be highly difficult". That didn't instill a lot of confidence in their ability, so I hired a local audio visual company to do the work instead.
