quick and easy. They used the old mount (replacing a TV) and told me the external HD antenna we purchased would be ineffective at our range from the signal. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient.

The Geek Squad team that removed my recently installed 77” LG G3 and remounted it with a new Sanus mount on 11/2/23 did a great job! I had some very real concerns about the TV, which was much heavier than my last one, being mounted on my wall without being attached to the studs, which, based on previous installations, I did not think was possible. Austin and John not only took the time to patiently listened to my concerns but then acted on them to be innovative in their placement of the mount in a tight spot and did actually find a way to anchor it into the studs. They also did some extra work to sure up the wall by filling previous holes made by previous mounts with bolts. I now can watch my TV without any fear whatsoever of it eventually falling off my wall! Beyond this, they were efficient with notifying me about their arrival and did clean, careful and exact work while here. I couldn’t be happier with the installation, and really appreciate them doing a great job in an era where service providers are often not performing at that level, in my experience anyway.

The 2 ladies were professional and did a very good job at removing the old TV and mounting the new TV. They set the TV up the way we wanted and cleaned everything up before they left the house.

Josh and Noah were awesome! They were very professional with the install and did such a great job! They also even mounted our Dtv box to the back of the tv. They also zip tied the wires to make it look presentable. Got our remotes working. Set up some settings on our TV and even cleaned our screen. Plus they were super friendly and you can tell they really take pride in their work! We couldn't be happier!

The install techs took great pride in their work. They moved large, multiple televisions from different rooms, installed wall brackets. The wires and cables were neatly dressed. It was a big job. Assembled a tv console cabinet. They worked quietly and efficiently. Presented very professionally. I highly recommend. Job well done. I’m very pleased.

My install was absolutely great. The techs were friendly. They were respectful of my new home. They were fast, efficient and informative! Made sure the tv was delivered within the time frame provided, communicated with us during the entire process, made sure everything was working, provided suggestions, and cleaned up afterwards. The Geek Squad Did an excellent job on my big screen TV install. The 2 GS Representatives notified me in advance of them arriving. They were appropriate PPE & protective gear (booties) When entering the house & installing the TV. Both representatives were courteous and well-informed as to both the TV and all aspects of the installation. They won’t be on the required services to answer all my questions some of which involved connecting to My cable service etc. I would recommend them

The agents came when they said they would, opened the box and set up the tv and made sure it coordinated with my surround system and dvd player and Apple TV and set up my connection with Netflix - all within about twenty minutes. Then they took away the parts of the packing material I had asked them to. Very smooth, efficient and done with smiles. Terrific

These techs were great. Professional and friendly. They moved my previous TV to another room, and got it mounted on a new mount quickly and cleanly. Then they mounted my new TV on the existing mount and walked me through setting up this new TV. They were great to work with.

I use the Total Tech membership as much as possible when purchasing items at Best Buy. The installation team are also knowledgeable and it is worth having the membership. I have recently had a 83 LG TV with Sonos Arc sound bar installed. It was a nail biter for me, but no problem at all for the installers. Everything looks good and the sound is great.

I recently had my new 77-inch TV wall-mounted, and the entire installation process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

They were on time, quick, and polite. Total tech is worth it.

They get full marks for this installation, not least because I inadvertently lied to them about what they would be facing. I told them they would be mounting the bracket on wallboard, when in fact what I had was lathe and plaster. Turned out that the job was still doable, just much more difficult. The installer just kept moving forward. He even trashed one of his drill bits, but eventually, he got it mounted, and even hung his body from it. That sucker is not going anywhere.
