These guys were awesome, they did such a great job mounting the 75inch tv and answering all my stupid questions. They even brought a sound bar mount, which I did not order, so the bar could be attached to the screen and not the wall, looks so much better. I want to give each of them a 50 dollar tip. Please charge my credit card 100 dollars and give me a heads up when they have been given the tip.

They did a nice and professional job. Could i have done this myself probably, but it was worth the service for the delivery and mounting for this size tv. I didnt have to worry about anything and it was mounted to a great height based on their expierence, room size, and couch distance. Also was willing to give me a complete run through of the device and setup, i did not need it; but really it was unexpected and probably would be useful for most customers. No complaints and only praise from me.

Awesome set up after horrible delivery experience. The delivery team did a no -show 2 weekends in a row. I retuned all of the accessories to the store to cancel tne order. The manager, Lily, Jessica S. ( my salesperson) and the installers ( Ramon and Khalik) turned the whole situation around and saved this sale. No one should have to cancel the order to get the item delivered. There is a lot left to be desired with delivery. It ended well due to the team I mentioned earlier. The agents mounted the tv and set up everything.They are doing a great job.

All good for most part . Just fo my application they couldn’t use my Roku mount. They used another mount that cost me another $110 which was disappointing but everything is good and I am enjoying my big Roku tv on the wall . Thanks Geek Squad!

Great service. Always willing to work with me until it’s what we want. Could have used a helper considering the size of the tv. I did have to help lift it.

The Geek Squad (Ben and Xavier) came to my home to install my new TV and to hang and install my bigger, older TV above my fireplace after a recent move. The new TV was hooked up to cable, adjusted and on quickly. The older TV took a lot of work. There was no cable available and the wall would have needed to be torn apart in order to do that. Ben suggested the Spectrum app and spent a lot of time with me to acquaint me with the system. Also, the TV settled after they left and they needed to come back to level it. They were very accessible and polite. I appreciated their help.

The guys from geek squad mounted my tv and connected all my devices. I had bought a new tv mount which it turned out I didn't need and they were very honest with me about not needing it. They also set up the tv downloaded the apps that I use and showed me the ins and outs of using the tv. I would highly recommend Geek Squad
