This is the second time in two weeks I have purchased the Premium Mounting Service through Best Buy and would highly recommend!!! These guys are fantastic! In fact, from the time of purchase until completion of instal the entire process is stress free and painless which is exactly how we like it! My husband and I are busy and my husband stresses over jobs like this! It’s not worth us doing it ourselves and Best Buy does it on your schedule and is neat, quick and super professional! The agents were on time, were extremely professional, and completed the entire install with politeness and humor. They reprogrammed my Universal Remote exactly as I liked and were very thorough with explaining to us how everything worked! Great job fellas!

The two Columbus based Best Buy Geek Squad technicians who came out to deliver and wall mount my new SONY 55" TV were great. They were very professional, knowledgeable and personable, and took all required covid-19 precautions while in my home. Their work was quick and the mounting looks great. It is very neat and the various cords are well organized and barely noticeable. I highly recommend these two guys. Any Best Buy customer in the Columbus area who is lucky enough to have these two guys tapped to deliver and install their new TV will be delighted with the service.

They did a grear job and cane early.and was friendly and respectful of my belongings.and had a good converstion about electronics beacuse im experienced in that area also.and i got a discount from bestbuy instead of $250 i paid $100 for delivery and mounting/hookup.

The associate found that there was a problem with my existing mount which could have damaged my new tv or anyone using it. He corrected the problem and expertly installed the new one. That's the kind of professionalism you get with Geek Squad.

Geek squad (Jho & Louis) mounted my 65” tv & set everything up—tv, remote, etc. Then Jho took the time to sit with me & teach me how to use everything. They were the best!

Had another great install from the guys at Best Buy. My 83 inch oled was installed and well as the cables. They didn’t hesitate, everything came out clean and professional.

I bought two units of this service to mount the Sony X950H 65" (XBR65X950H) in the living room and the Sony X950 55" (XBR55X950H) in the master bedroom, both on the Sanus premium series swivel TV wall mount (BLF328-B1). The same technician completed the installation of both in less than 2.5 to 3 hours and was professional, friendly, and observing prescribed covid safety measures; the installation took place in early August 2020 in Anaheim, California. I am thinking about getting a third TV for the third floor and would consider using this premium TV mounting service again.

My TV was hung too high. I requested 6 inches above my original TV stand, but there was a miscommunication between the 2 third party geek squad installers and it was hung 17 inches. It was light watching TV in the front row of a movie theater. Best Buy was awesome and sent another geek squad employees to lower the mount. However it could only be lowered another 6 inches due to the in wall cable installation. Now the screws holes show above the TV. A damage report was to be entered but I have not heard from anyone yet. I have tried to call but am unable to get through. I would recommend the geek squad because they did an awesome job of installing but MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE AS TO THE HIEGHT.

Quick and efficient, they cared for my house and belongings. I've used them twice and still use them again.
