This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with service from a company. Mounting a 65 inch TV two guys came out from geek squad they knew exactly what they needed to do. They asked for customer feedback on the height of the TV. The TV was hung so straight I could not believe it. They even took a little vacuum and vacuumed up the little stuff on the floor. It was the best experience I would highly recommend their service.

The Geek Squad worked efficiently and effectively to mount my TV quickly. They were extremely polite and professional.

Billie Phillips, the agent who mounted my TV and coordinated it with my sound system, was exceptional! He went above and beyond to make my systems work well together and explained everything thoroughly. He lowered the TV wall mount to the right position for my viewing and corrected issues created by the previous agent. He also advised me on what equipment I needed and did not need. I am very thankful Billie was my agent!

Lamar from Fayetteville geek squad did an excellent job! He made sure the back wires were correctly placed behind t.v. And was very careful. Made sure t.v. Worked properly. He explained and answered all my questions. Pinehurst needs Geeks like him. Thank you Lamar.

The picture is so crisp and amazing. The two guys that came to install were super professional. They gave me their personal number which I had to use afterwards to answer any questions. They answered without any issue or hesitation and were super helpful.

The agents mounted and placed my TV the way I wanted. They asked me great questions to understand where I wanted to place my TV. They were even nice to move my dresser back in place for me after they were done. Also, when they entered my home they were booties and I greatly appreciated that.

I bought an 85” and a 65” Samsung 4K Smart TVs, plus brackets to install on wall. The Geek Squad arrived and took care of everything. I couldn’t have been easier. Love the TVs and love the top-notch Geek Squad service!!!

Under the current COVID conditions, I had my new tv & other accompanying equipment installed by the Geek Squad team of Matt & Michael. They were AWESOME! I've been using a desktop for a long time but the monitor takes up a lot of space on my desk so I bought this huge tv to use as a monitor and had it fixed to the wall in front of my desk. I'm getting older and my vision is not the best. Now everything is so clear, I can have a lot of pages open at once and see everything on every page. Youtube videos are so big it feels like they are right here with me. I recommend it.

The Installers mounted my TV and connected all my devices. They were very friendly and professional, and knew exactly what they were doing and did it in a quick manner. I am extremely satisfied with their excellent service.

The geek squad removed the existing tv moved it to another room; installed the new LG TV and disposed of it. They setup both tv’s Everything was completed efficiently. I highly recommend the geek squad.

Scheduling date was 2 weeks out but extremely understandable due to Covid-19,so I knew that I had to be patient..but day before my appointment they called to ensure the appointment was still on..on the day of I received a heads up call that they were 30mins out.they literally came and installed my 75 inch Samsung in my living room in 30mins! Both techs had masks on and gloves the entire time..thanks again geek squad for the great installation!!highly recommended!

The two young men were very helpful in getting the TV mounted and made sure our remotes worked and our TV ears. We were impressed with them both. Very nice and professional
