Terrible. One guy came out to install a 75 inch tv. I had to help obviously with the hanging on the mount. He left with the tv incredibly wobbly, insecure, and with screws unscrewed in the back. Very dangerous for my toddler that’s around. Called support and they won’t send someone to fix it for a week. Unacceptable.

Imagine a bad experience- this was it, start to finish. They did not show the entire day, and kept insisting they were in route. The customer service was non-existent because Best Buy subcontracts the work, so there is noone to speak to. They finally showed at 9:00PM a week later, hung the TV sideways with the cords hanging out of the wall. I will not repeat this experience with the “Geek Squad”.

I was told by the salesman that the old TV would be hauled away by the geek squad when they installed the new TV. When they got there they told me it would cost another $60. It’s a good way to lose a customer by lying to them.

After 4 tries, removal finally complete. Removal company was great scheduling removal was a hassle. Four visits for removal of one 55 inch TV.

Best Buy’s third party for installation is complete garbage. If you want a TV mounted without any problems request that Geek Squad comes and does the install. After this last experience I may never buy and have a TV installed again from Best Buy.

The Geek squad did not set up my Frame TV as they were not comfortable with the electronics This is a shame due to lack of days available to schedule

The am not confident the agents mounted the 75 inch television into a stud. If the tv falls I will be suing Best Buy. I do not trust that installers.

The agent came to our home. Although he installed it, he didn’t want to be sure everything was working.

I was under the impression that they was going to run my wires thru the wall but I was disappointed. I went to the store to buy my TVs because I already had my own installer on standby. Somehow I let them convince me to join a club for $200 and that would make installation of the TVs $50 each at my home. I ended up doing that but was upset when the technician said that was not what they do. I could’ve hung them on the wall by myself. I ended up still having to call out the installer that I was going to originally use just to complete the job.

The technician was very pleasant but after he left, my sound bar was not syncing with my tv. There was a significant delay in the audio.

Agent removed mount and sound bar and suggested that I have a friend come to assist me in how to use my tv

terrible service, seems like they have no idea what they where doing. maid extra holes on my new tiles on the fireplace. couldn't even put the braket in the middle of the fireplace. had to take a sick day from work and supervise the whole process. worst they were trying to convince me that the Tv look good and best can be done, i paid $600 for this and didnt expect nothing less then perfect. also wear shoe protectors in the costumer house, dont be on your phone, and dont tell me you are in rush

Nice Team but the mounting installed is not leveled properly, and the strench is not holding up the TV as it supposes to do.

The agent installed the TV okay, but seemed to be in a rush. He entered the neighbor's apartment accidentally and the neighbor was offended.

TV unstable banging on the wall I've had the teck out 3 times stated thats how it suposed to be but it previously hung on a different wall installed by geek squad and it was rock solid I've asked to speak to a supervisor I've called 5 times was told they would fill out a execute order and supervisor would call within 4 business hours but never does don't use them terrible work and customer service

Agent was very personable. However he dropped the tv from the wall mount by accident. Consequently damage was done to walls & hardwood flooring.

The worst part of this is not including the actual wall-mount for the TV. This needs to be made much clearer when purchasing. This seems very shady. Had they specified that up-front, I would not be leaving this horrible review. The service people simply left my (delivered broken) TV in the middle of my floor. They would not help me set it up on the stand either. Best Buy sucks!

Canceled my order on the day of installation after 2 weeks of waiting without any explanation

This was the worst experience after this job I will never use geek squab again!! Probably will be closing my Best Buy credit also !!!
