Not a flexible mount

The mount doesn’t move side to side or forward so it just sits there and I have to move my furniture around all the time to be at eye level with my tv it takes some much out of me that in the end I don’t even want to watch it. Worst purchase ever

Lousy Install employees.

They said it’s not their job to mount the TV on the wall but they will do it anyway. They made us feel guilty that they are mounting the TV on the wall and they will not get paid for it, necessitating us to pay more as tips.

Tv crooked with wires showing

The remote control set-up by Geek squad has been a disaster with constant problems. Hopefully the third trip to our house will resolve the issues.

Third party vendors Beware

VERY UNHAPPY

Can not get anyone to provide me this proper service. When no one shows up, no one calls to explain why the service was cancelled.

I have spent more time on the phone than if I figured it out myself. I have rescheduled twice and no one comes. I ordered my tv o er a month ago and can’t get anyone to answer the phone? They need a better system.

Very dissatisfied as I am a Totaltech member. They were willing to do it but for an additional $100 dollars. I did it myself.

Geek squad unable to install TV level
