They never conected the TV.

I call my Brother from San Francisco he connected everything in 10 minutes. I PAID 200 DOLLARS. AND IT WAS ONLY A DELIVERY. SO I WANT A CREDIT OF $100.00 FOR NO CONNECTION.

Hole in wall

Best Buy failed miserably!

TV/Sound bar installation

Horrible Service and attitude

He had a very unprofessional attitude and lazy. I would not use them again.

NO IT DID NOT GO WELL. NOTHING WORKED WHEN HE LEF

TV mounted way too high. These services cost too much money to end up having to still do it yourself.

Tv mount not worth it!!

Very unprofessional left the mess for me to clean plus changed the appointment time three times. Stay away and get the same work do for half the price with Walmart and get better service.

Geek Squad terrible about TV installation

GEEK SQUAD TV MOUNT

The kicker is he recommended I purchase one from Best Buy and it was the same brand I had already. Makes no sense.

Disappointing

Damage walls installing

Poor setup

I wasn’t home to check it and my wife just went by what the tech said . Still doesn’t work properly . He blamed it on the android box and the box works perfectly fine with its remote so I know that’s not the case
