Geek squad did not install my television.

Incompetent People

GS tech staff

TV did not work. Could not turn off. Impossible situation to get them to make an exchange It took 30 days and hours of phone calls

Very disappointing service

TV Mount

They only mounted the TV and would not connect my video components. I up graded from the basic to the premium so they would connect my video devices.

Unprofessionalism by Geek Squad Agents.
