We had a very good experience with men that came to install the wall mount for our new smart tv. They were very courteous to us and conscious of keeping our home clean and tidy as they worked. They worked quickly and efficiently but also took the time to go over the things we needed to know and answered all of the questions we had.

The two guys — Geek Squad — showed up and were prepared. My wife and I had mapped out where we wanted the TV on the wall and after a brief discussion and verification, they installed the TV exactly where we asked (like within 1/4”, I measured) and set up everything on the TV. They also ran some demo clips to give me an idea of what I’d bought. I’d add that when I arranged for installation, some times/dates were supplied by a third party so you may want to make sure you get an actual Geek Squad appointment.

The geek squad were punctual,knowledgeable,efficient and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The staff that came out and mounted my 65" tv with the new tv mount I purchased were very professional and very knowledgeable. They asked me how and where I wanted it mounted , explained to me the viewing angles I could use. They were Truly great ambassadors to Best Buy. The Geek Squad came in and quickly and efficiently installed my new TV. They (Samsun) made a recommendation to get the Geek Squad contract and encouraged me to go back and get a newer cable box. So glad I got that contract! I had to have them come back as I had problems after I installed the new box. Both visits from the Geek Squad were great! The guys are friendly, helpful, courteous and educated me on my purchase.

Agents did a fantastic job mounting my 77in LG OLED TV. They were extremely friendly and professional and even helped move some other items in the way prior to installation.

The Geek Squad was amazing. They showed up on time and kept us informed as they mounted 3 TV's for us. They made sure that we liked the placement, set up all our streaming services and understood how to operate each remote. They also cleaned up after they were done.

The 3rd party service arranged by BB was amazing. They were in and out in 30 minutes. They delivered the TV and installed the mount I purchased elsewhere professionally and perfectly. They took the time to level it and show me how it worked as it was clearly a mount they had used before. I would absolutely recommend John and Byron again from Mastek

It took a few tries for the company to get the scheduling right but the installer was great. Fast, courteous and knowledgeable.

The two Geek Squad menders did a great job. Call first to let me know they were on their way. Arrived on time. Instillation went smoothly. Connect the TV to my sound system. Set up the cable box remote and firestick remote. Gave very helpful advice. I highly recommend having the Geek Squad do the instillation.

The installer was courteous and offered my two different looks for installation and explained the advantages/disadvantages of both. Once I picked, he quickly went about his work, showed me how to adjust the TV and even tucked away the cable box to improve the look and function. He cleaned up all the debris and left no trace he'd even been there. I referred him to my son, who later installed the same device at his home,

Geek squad installed my tv and sound bar efficiently and professionally. The technician communicated with me prior to the service on expected arrival time and during the installation he communicated with me about the process. He carefully measured and checked leveling. After the installation, he tested the system to assure it worked. I was very pleased and highly recommend the service.

I bought a 77" tv, and didn't have a buddy to help install. So Geek Squad to the rescue. I asked the installers to do the install "my way". the tv was to be wall mounted. Which they obliged. They were courteous, willing to do a custom install, ran the wires the way I asked, and speedy. They called ahead and brought all the necessary tools and parts. It was a great experience
