William and Dave did a awesome job mounting tv! They were quick, fast and professional! GREAT JOB!

The Geek Squad agent whose name was Kerry was great! He had a friendly but professional manner. The Sony TV I purchased was to replace a plasma TV that bit the dust. I even took pictures on my iPhone to show the clerk at Best Buy but that info was not passed on to Geek Squad agent . Kerry didn't complain but it should have been a two man job. Plasmas weigh at least 70 pounds and Kerry removed it and mounted the Sony weighing much less. He installed the TV on the wall with the cables inside the wall. I was impressed with his work and Best Buy and Geek Squad are lucky to have him! Kerry also explained the TV in detail.

Well, the wrong TV was delivered & one of the guys had to take it back to the store/warehouse & get the right one. The other guy didn't waste any time. He installed the bracket for the TV and made holes for the speakers, etc. He was busy the entire time his partner retrieved the right TV. When it arrived, they finished the installation in a flash.

Agents installed new TV mount and then attached the new TV. Everything looks great.

The Geek Squad mounted my 65" TV. They were able to come out early (whited helped me out) and did an outstanding job. Installation and set up went smooth. They also ensured the mess cleaned up and hauled all the trash/boxes away.

This is the 3rd TV(3 separate appointments)that the squad has mounted in the last 6 months in our new home. Installers were on time, efficient and patient insuring that everything was correctly working. They took the time to allow TV's to connect to WiFi and download and install updates. Total care membership was the best purchase I made this year!

The installer arrived at the expected time and took time to discuss with us the placement of the TV and its mount. He measured several possible spots and determined that the mount and TV would fit well in a spot we had dismissed as infeasible. It is just right! He was patient and friendly in explaining and demonstrating proper use of our new TV and remote.

Best buy came out and did an excellent job I highly recommend there service. The Technician was awesome very friendly and knew his job. The technician explained everything and also set up my tv and programed my remote. Also for him and his partner came to my home wearing a mask as we are still in a pandemic dealing with covid 19 so i really appreciate the fact that i didn't have to ask them to put on a mask. A+ best buy I will definitely use your services again.

We can not say enough about our experience with Michaeljuan -- he and his colleague were kind, professional and very patient. They installed two televisions for us and did an excellent job!

This review is specifically for Matt & Joseph who completed the mounting service. They were excellent! They took the time, measured, FIXED what the last Best Buy installer did 3 years ago & were beyond helpful!

The installers were professional and I had an older wall mount that made it a little harder to get the TV mounted. I give them credit for not complaining and accomplished the job. They set the TV up and showed me how to operate the remote.

I wanted a flush mount, but also needed access to back of TV. This mount sets nearly flush on the wall, but can be pulled out about 4” if access is needed. It is not a swivel mount. The installer was very professional and it was complete in less than an hour. I was having our bedroom TV mounted by Geek Squad a few days later and noticed did not say they were to bring the stand. I was told they would. He took care of that before he left.

Fantastic service! Michael and Jen phoned to let me know they were near, and they arrived on time. They showed appropriate respect by wearing masks and shoe coverings. They explained all of the work as it progressed, and went above and beyond expectations by finding some screws for my old TV stand so the old one had a stable home. Really enjoyed talking with them. There presence and work is what one hopes for in their home or in stores.

Best Buy delivered and mounted my new Samsung OLED tv. The 2 people that did the mounting did a great job & were very efficient and courteous.
