Works great and the installation by the Gerk Squad was excellent.

Amazing tv mount. It moves so easy. It comes out and goes in any direction.

Terry diagnosed the problem with our old TV and helped us select a replacement that was on sale. The install went extremely smooth, and they hauled away the old TV. Terry is very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. We ordered a 2nd TV for another room, and he will install this one, too.

The agents advised best to use separate remote for Spectrum as use of the Sony remote not consistent with accessing channels. They were professional and answered questions posed. Regret that original installers of TV did not tell me that on initial setup as probably would not have scheduled appointment.

I purchased an 82 inch Qled TV, the legrand power kit, the legrand sound bar kit, The JBl sound bar, 12 foot UHD/HDr cable, Sanus premium series full motion wall mount, Sanus cable box mount, rocket fish sound bar mount, and the PREMIUM TV mount, and connection set up service. I went back to the store with my receipt to make sure I had everything they needed to do the job. The associate tells me um yeah, but they wont install anything but the tv. I'm like what does the 200 bucks cover? he said mount, connect, and hide the rocket fish cable, that's it. I call corp., sure enough, if you want them to mount the legrands, and do it in the wall, it's an additional 113.00 dollars. I said well I guess i'm stuck, ok. Now we are at 312.00 dollars to hang the tv, not counting all the equipment. He says one more thing, we have to cancel your appt, and make it for the following Friday. I took vacation for this , and I am disappointed that they were not more clear in their reviews of the additional items when I purchased them. The question was asked does geek squad install this, and each time the answer was yes, no problem. I asked what the basic service was, and was told the hang the tv, and shake your hand. I canceled the in wall power, and sound bar service to keep my appt. I understand they want more money to drill two more holes, and run the power cord. I just don't understand why they would need another day to do it.
