The Geek Squad members that did the installation of my TV and wall mount were very helpful and professional. It was done in a timely manner and with care. They asked me to what eye level I wanted the TV mounted and answered some questions I had. I was concerned that a third party was going to do the installation instead of Geek Squad after reading other reviews but this was not case.

The team worked well installing this tv. Very knowledgeable. In helping me walk through the tv setup.

Mr Jason and Mr Carter were excellent explaining what they were doing as they installed the wall mount. They welcomed my questions. The two of them were VERY PROFESSIONAL!

TV is great quality! We are using it in a collaborative space in our office for small group meetings that need to mirror laptops. Best Buy installed it for us as well and they were timely and efficient!

The guys from the GS were in contact with us prior to install updating us with arrival time etc. They arrived at agreed upon time and quickly installed mount and tv. They made sure all options were working properly and showed us several key points to ensure our satisfaction. Very Happy with their service.

Geek Squad guys showed up on schedule and did an unusual installation (for them) in my living room, quickly and efficiently. No complaints and they were professional and friendly. I have used them before and their work to ensure they installed everything correctly and to prove it all works and to show me how to operate everything was excellent! Needed delivery & install for an 85” Sony. Was supposed to be completed between noon Squad finally showed at 7:30 and project was installed and operational within 40 minutes.

After purchasing an 82" Samsung Television, I began my search for a stand large enough to accommodate it. Quickly discovered that I was going to have to pay over $1,000 for the ones I liked. Instead, I opted to have Best Buy Geek Squad mount it for me and, resultantly, saved some money and it is now beautifully mounted on the wall of my media room. Quick and professional installation.

The team was very professional and friendly. They drilled through a tiled wall to install the mount for the TV and cleaned up the dust afterwards. Will use again.

The tv looks great on the wall. The technicians were very nice. There were a couple of scheduling difficulties. They canceled the first appointment and the second appointment had some issues as well. They cut the hole for the cable/power bridge too large, even with the supplied template. They glued/caulked a piece of the sheetrock in to fill it in. Not a real professional way to fix their error. It is behind the tv so i guess it won't be seen. But i will have to deal with it if we ever move someday.
