Guys did great job installing my tv. Love watching my 85' tv

Really can only think of the positives. All 3 installers exceeded my expectations of customer service. The install was very quick and done professionally. Absolutely the best in home service I’ve ever purchased. My guys name was Josh, he came equipped and prepared with booties for the carpet and PPE because of COVID. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me about my new tv. He answered every question I had and set up was a snap! I definitely recommend geek squad especially for those with no skills when it comes to installing your own electronics.

Purchased this for my LG 80 inch TV. It is incredible how easy it is to move around the tv with it.

Service was excellent, they were very courteous and knowledgeable. They made sure I was satisfied with the placement of the tv and also made sure the wires were hidden as I wanted. They cleaned everything up and even dusted the shelves on my wall by the TV.

The agent handled what was a more complicated install with the mount of a 65 inch tv going in an area that had been a built in entertainment center. He put the articulating mount in so the tv extended in front of the old walls as the the tv was about a foot wider than the old built out space. Great secure installation that works perfectly. Cleaned up afterward and was done in a very timely manner.

the 2 gentlemen you sent to install my television could not have done a better job. they were both personable, knowledgeable and profession able. they set everything up left the area clean and explained things very thorough

The Geek Squad was efficient and helpful. They paired my Xfinity remotes and showed me how to use them. They did a fantastic job.

The agents worked most efficiently in assembling the stand and installing the TV set. I am really happy with the TV and have really been enjoying the Masters Golf tournament. The Geek Squad is a terrific adjunct to Best Buy. I am only sorry that I didn't get the set sooner, but better late than never. I have never been less than fully satisfied with the response and quality of service of the Geek Squad.

Jerry Whalen and his assistant Ricky went above and beyond while installing 2 new mounted televisions in our home. Very professional and eye to detail. Very pleased with the service and results.

The two installers did a much better job than I had expected, never having used Geek Squad services before. I had an existing mount that had to be moved a few inches higher and the did a great job installing a 75" TV. No muss, no fuss, no mess. Only issue was having to pay extra for a 12' HDMI cable - way overpriced at BB but but after spending >$3500 on a TV (more than my first new car), another $40 wasn't going to break me!

TV mount works great. Easy to use. Makes the TV viewing more versatile for different angles.
