They get full marks for this installation, not least because I inadvertently lied to them about what they would be facing. I told them they would be mounting the bracket on wallboard, when in fact what I had was lathe and plaster. Turned out that the job was still doable, just much more difficult. The installer just kept moving forward. He even trashed one of his drill bits, but eventually, he got it mounted, and even hung his body from it. That sucker is not going anywhere.

Excellent service. Competent and professional. Worth the extra expense.

The gentleman (Mike and James - I'm a Disney fan, so i remembered them because of the main characters from Monsters, Inc.) that delivered and installed my tv were awesome! They even "recycle" the box it came in. Best Buy: Please do better about adding on additional fees and supplies - maybe let the customer know what they'll need in advance?

The geek squad agents were both very polite and professional. They called me ahead of time before coming and reassured me that they are coming in with protective measures. When they arrived, they delivered my tv and had it mounted to the wall in a short amount of time. They also helped me set up the tv and everything. After finishing, they took away the tv box and trash for me. Oh, they even helped me move my old tv to a room with free of charge. Overall, I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

The agents mounted and had the tv working and looking perfect in a matter of minutes. They were professional and friendly and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

First the crew that arrived was terrific. I’d give them a 5plus. I dropped the rating because Best Buy’s communications of their arrival time was beyond awful. They were late but no updates were provided or apparently even possible. Some time after the installation occurred I got a reminder of the original scheduled time. Great setup experience. The service agent arrived on time. He removed the older now defunct TV. He was able to mount and install the new TV on our existing fireplace mount. He was even able to make some minor adjustments to our mount so the TV was perfect positioned to our liking. He made sure our internet and streaming services were connect. All this done in under an hour!

The geek squad agents that came to our house did a very good job mounting or remounting three TVs. They were efficient, polite, and very knowledgeable. We actually thought they were amazing!

The agents delivered our new Samsung 65 In TV. A few years ago we downside our cars. Should have kept the SUV. Anyway, The agents called us before arrival. The agents arrived on time. The agents unpacked new unit. The agents removed the old unit and boxed it up. The agents connected the sound system, DVD player and connected the remote on the new unit. WE now have one remote to control all our devices. Oh so nice. Couldn't ask for better service and install.

Re-install after painting went well it’s literally two geek squad guys picking up our 75” QN90 and hanging it back on its already installed mount above the fireplace.

The guy who came to install ours was very professional. He did a great job installing, was very clean work.

Two very professional technicians installed my tv mount perfectly and then hung my 82” tv. They tested it and ensured all wiring was out of sight...

the agents mounted my 70 inch tv with the best buy mount that I purchased without any problems. they also made suggestions for the height of hanging, along with other mounting options based on their experience. they also connected the internet and made sure the channels were clear, and provided a tutorial for usage. James and his assistant were great, and provided a contact number if I had any issues or questions.

The guys that came to the house were timely, respectful, and thorough. They provided advice and made sure everything was good. They even took it down once to ensure my wife was happy! Highly recommend - especially with the sensitivity of TV screens nowadays. They can easily be broken, so it’s best to have experts install it in my opinion.
