Great mount, and excellent job by the Geek Squad to install.

Our technician was wonderful. He was right on time, made sure the TV was mounted exactly where we wanted it and walked us through everything we purchased. He helped us set up the Sonos app and made sure we understood how to work it. He was friendly and patient with our questions. After the job was done, he took all of the boxes with him and also made sure we were refunded for a few services we ended up not needing. I can't say enough good about our experience.

Installation was quick, they were knowledgeable, professional and clean up after!!!

The service rep arrived very early and removed tv from old wall, drove over to my new unit, and mounted it on the wall at new unit in a timely fashion.

The three men who came to mount my TV were awesome. They came right at the time they said, the removed the old TV, and mounted the new TV and leveled it in less than 30 minutes. They were courteous and nice and left my home BETTER than then found it (one of them even dusted off stuff that had already been there). This was the second TV I had mounted and both times the service was outstanding.

The Best Buy installation team did an awesome job installing my Sony Tv. They were efficient, did a high quality install and clean ed up all the residue neatly. The team also had a great and friendly demeanor. Would be happy to work with them again.

I can’t recommend our installer Nate and his assistant enough. They were polite, punctual, cleaned up as they went along, even using a vacuum as they were drilling to clean up dust. They even organized all of the cords and cables, including the ones connecting equipment that they were not installing, so the area was neater. They were very patient showing us the features of the tv and how to work the remote.

The agents did an outstanding mounting my Samsung TV, connecting it to my existing equipment, i.e. sound system and DVD player and internet. They also instructed me on the use of the remote and gaining access to my apps on the TV. Great job Geek Squad.

The person who came to mount the TV was very knowledgeable. Due to failure of the internet router (not the installers fault) the installer was not able to fully set up the TV. The installer tried every trick in the book to get the TV set up without success. Best Buy kind dropped the ball by not telling me I was going to need to purchase HDMI cables in order for the TV to be operational. Not the installer's fault. Best Buy said the installer would do X for CoVid precautions. When I asked about X the installer said he had never heard of such. Deducted a star because the installer would not keep his mask over his nose.

Very professional and knowledgeable, also on time. Would highly recommend this installer!

Old tv and mount removed, new mount and tv installed, old tv carried to basement. What made this a really special experience was the time spent cheerfully and patiently making sure that my 82 year old mother understood how to use the remote for the tv and Apple TV. They stayed until she was proficient using the remotes!

The agents were great, came on time, worked efficiently, and connected everything exactly right. Would definitely use them again.

The installation was very well done . A professional job. I do feel the cost could be a little more reasosnable.

The first 2 guys who mounted my TV were third party workers. I did not pay 200.00 for third party. Plus I could not figure 2 white trucks, 2 men to mount one TV, PLUS THEY DID NOT COVER THEIR SHOES. The two TV'S I had mounted a few weeks later, a Geek Squad gentleman came. He covered his shoes and was very professional. I will need another TV mounted in 3months, I only want someone from the Geek Squad. That's what I pay 200 a year plus 49.99, GEEK SQUAD SERVICE. THANK YOU

The agents (i forgot their names unfortunately) who came to mount a 75" TV suggested a different mount from the one I bought. They were quick at their job.

These guys are the best. Always come in , get the work done with no issues. In my old house other installers start making excuses why this may be a challenging install, but the geek squad just gets the work done and does it well!

Your in-home service was excellent; the team was engaged, creative, problem-solving and practical. They did not just identify problems and throw up their hands. They figured out the solution and came back the next day with the fix. Impressive.

Great picture. deep colors. Fairly easy to use. Good sound without sounder.
