Great support and easy installation. Works well on multiple wall surfaces

The two guys that mounted and connected my tv were very professional and efficient during their visit. The tv looks great mounted on the wall.

These guys were great. They were very professional and made sure everything work and explains things. They were Mr Clean as to the Install.

The TV is excellent. Great picture and easy to use. Love the Netflix, Prime and U tube option for screen saver.

I was so impressed and satisfied with my whole experience with the 2 geek squad individuals that were sent over to mount my TV that i did something i never do, gove a review, not to mention actively looking in my emails for this review request when usually they're deleted before I've read the subject line. From start to finish these guys were so respectful, and pleasant with my family and with the great care to not damage anything. All the while patient with my young ones who were doing their best to delay them in their jobs, with no change in their professional demeanor. Even offering their numbers should we have any questions after they left, in case our kids distracted us from thinking of all the questions we had, leaving no mess and taking care of the old stuff and the boxes the tv and mount came in which they doubled down in their great customer service by offering to also take a bunch of old useless boxes that have been piling up for years which we quickly said yes to soon as we got over our surprise. Tv looks great by the way and is in a great spot which we couldnt decide on but they worked hard to help us look at various options we were unsure of. I've had some bad customer service during the pandemic and with the great resignation from younger workers so it made my day to have my lowered expectations not only met but exceeded to such a degree.

Bentley and Reilly hooked up my new Samsung 40 inch TV and stand during the pandemic. They were very professional and careful regarding masks, etc. They did an excellent job for me. I was wondering why I did not get a survey at that time. They were very professional, knowledgeable and considerate. They were excellent representatives of the Geek Squad.

She did a great job and was very professional. I would not have been able to do this myself.

The guys were great. Once installed, set up was easy and they demonstrated the top features.

I thought it would be a quick install because I had an old TV mount already on the wall as well as a sound bar. Well the bolt pattern on the Samsung was higher than my old Sony. Needless to say they, the old hardware had to be removed and reinstalled for the new TV. Not only did the Geek Squad do a superb job on the install - they did it with smiles the whole time.

Great job, professionally done. I was completely surprised. Can't wait to see how it will show on Super Bowl Sunday.

The agents usually set up home security systems, so the were unfamiliar with some of the setup items, like setting up Bluetooth for my AirPods. They did do an excellent job installing the support bracket, in-wall hidden wire ket, and connecting to my cable box.

Love my frame,TV. I have a lot of wall art. It just fits right in! Geek squad guy was great. Answered my many questions, didn’t rush, and seemed to really care that I was able to understand how to use my new tv.

The two-member team who delivered and set up my 65 inch were fantastic! Dalton and Molly did such an amazing job of installation onto a brick fireplace! They worked extremely well together, were immaculate in my home with shoe covers, masks, and clean up. Not a speck out of place when they left. They apprised me of arrival with texts, arrived on time, and answered all of my (many) questions. The installation itself was professional and perfect!

Our new TV was mounted perfectly and she fully set up and explained the operation and answered all of our questions.

Geek Squad agents successfully mounted my new 75 inch Sony tv, along with my existing sound bar. They then took the time to reinstall all of my streaming services, which they didn't need to do. Very much appreciated. Overall a good experience.

We had awesome service the tv stand is great and tv works good

This is a pretty good TV and I got it for about $570. It doesn't have any special bells and whistles but the screen is nice. Picture quality is very good and we enjoy it. I will say the operating system or interface itself can be a little laggy or slow sometimes, so that would be my main gripe about it. Other than that, happy with the TV and Best Buy totaltech mounted it for me and they did an excellent job.

The two geek squad team did everything I asked of them especially Tom they called like I asked came to my house and they were on their way to mounting my tv they were very professional and very fast and they were nice they got my tv mounted and hooked up all my devices and even helped to bring my other tv upstairs They are very good at what they do and do it well I would have them do another job like that I the future well done!

The Geek Squad was on time,mounted the TV connected the sound bar and showed me how to use the TV's app to setup. Very pleasant and took out all the boxes.

The agents that installed my Pioneer 65 inch TV using my existing mount, since my previous TV was smaller, it was a bit trickier, but they made it work. They then proceeded to make suggestions of other helpful products to make my life easier and safer.
