The agents mounted a tv wall mount and new tv. They also connected and tested the other existing components. They were friendly, knowledgeable, on-time and did a reasonable clean-up.

We purchased a new TV and sound bar and had geek squad do the mounting. They took extra care to hide all the wires and even mounted shelves purchased from a 3rd party. They made sure all 4 of our devices were hooked up to the TV and working. While in our home they were friendly and professional. Will definitely use again.

Guys were great! Were very knowledgeable on how to set up the tv. Mounted it PERFECTLY. I always am weary about hiring people because im scared it’ll come out bad, but no it came out just as i hoped. They even mounted the tv high enough so my stocking holders didnt overlap the tv!

Greg was the most professional, hardworking, and kind person. He had to deal with really hard metal in order to mount our tv and he explained everything so well and just overall is an exceptional person that gave me a great experience. Geek Squad crew was very professional and helped us decide where and how to mount our TV for not only best performance but also saved us money on our TV service provider bill. They not only did a good job but helped make sure our new equipment was fully operational and showed us what we needed to do to access our system.

Offered to help even later if further questions came up. Both reps had experience in setting up both the LG 95NANO90UNA TV and Whalen Console BBXL54NV.

Ryan came out to mount our new TV, and did an amazing job. It looks fantastic and was done very quickly. He consulted with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy with the end result. I hesitated to spend the extra money for the installation service, but it was worth every penny.

Nick and his partner were awesome. They did a great did with delivering and hanging my TV. And also sending a Best Buy rep to my house within hours to discuss my surround sound options and packages. All team members practiced safety with mask and shoe covers. I would certainly recommend the Geeks for service!

First off, props go out to the guys that installed the tv mount, In wall power kit and 85” Sony TV. They told us exactly when they would be here. They measured for exact fit on our wall Without making a mess and setup the unit to work with our existing remotes. Professional service was truly their mantra. Looks great guys! Thanks!

Techs Al and James delivered and set up my lg tv. They couldnt have been more professional while at the same time very friendly and informative. Although my purchase is a teriffic addition to our home, meeting and dealing with Al & James was actually the high point. Way to go Best Buy, great guys!!

Although it was my boyfriend and brother who installed the mount and not myself, I would say it looked fairly easy for them to do. They had the TV mounted within 20 minutes. This mount is great because it allows you to move the TV from left to right, as well as up and down, depending on how you want the TV positioned.

When the agents arrived, they were unaware that I wanted the lines behind the wall. However, they said it wouldn’t be a problem and the would be able to do the job. All was going well until the cables wouldn’t feed thru the insulation. They worked VERY hard and they eventually finished the job. I can’t thank them enough for all they did.
