The install team installed my wall bracket, TV, sound bar, PS4 Pro, 4k DVD player with precision, accuracy and professionalism. They even ensured the components worked correctly and that everything was configured to the wi-fi. They even took the time to show me how to configure a blu-tooth device. The Geek Squad really cares about their customers. I definitely will be using them in the future! KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC WORK!

So glad I had Robert & Oliver out to mount my TVs. They actually did 3 total, and wound up coming back out to readjust the height a couple of weeks later (which was my fault). Very professional and made some great recommendations along the way, like buying wall rated HDMI cables to hide. They installed those on a return trip

The agents moved a tv from my living room to bedroom and mounted on the wall. Installed a new larger tv in my living room, connected dvd player, soundbar and fios. On Oct.28, 2021, Lacey from the Geek Squad did our wall mount for a new T.V. She also adjusted other T.V. Comcast boxes and handsets. Additionally, she was incredibly informative and explained many things to me and encouraged me to call her if I needed any help. Appointment was conducted in a timely manner and I was given updates before. Great service.

The Gerk Squad service was great, they come to my place the two of them and they install my tv Sony of 75” and looks great in my bedroom, they teach all the way to used my new tv and when they left I was very happy with this gentleman workers, I really recommend this service.

The Geek Squad geeks were great in setting up my wall mounted tv & the sound bar I bought for it. Unfortunately they didn't mount a speaker in a wall not fully setting up the sound bar to my tv. I'm having difficulty hooking up wires with speaker due to loss of manual dexterity in my hands. It's very frustrating because I used to set up stereos with no trouble in the past. Still though, what they did was great.

They accomplished a tough installation with minimal hassle. They are great !!!

I'm a My Best Buy Total member so this service was no added cost. I was a little skeptical I wouldn't be charged extra but I wasn't. The installer worked quickly, installed the tv mount, in-wall cable concealer, and my tv pretty quickly, without any mistakes.

Geek Squad - Steve, was very professional and efficient when installing our new 55”TV on the wall. He was very respectful of our living room, and careful not to make a mess, and cleaned up after himself. He explained everything and made sure we understood what he was saying. We utilized BB's service to wall mount a 65 inch TV in a small conference room at our business. The installers were prompt, notified me when they were on their way, and completely professional.
