The agents mounted the tv and set up everything.They are doing a great job.

The colors are possibly OVERLY BRILLIANT... not totally true to life. But lovely TV and worked like a charm. We had Geek Squad install - very professional and efficient.

The techs came on time, mounted my tv with speed and experience. They then set it up with my accounts showing me how and also showed me a few things on how to use the new features of my tv. Absolutely great service. Couldn't ask for more.

I needed my TV mounted over the fireplace, as low as possible (just above the slim Soundbar on the mantal. The Geek Squad listened to my request and we're able to mount and connect it just as asked. They made sure it worked with the Soundbar and were willing to help reprogram my remotes if wanted. Finally, the Geek Squad / BB is one of the few services that keep you well informed regarding their arrival time. While this service was a bit pricey, it was worth every cent.

The squad put up 2 TVs for me and did a great job. Very professional and very satisfied with results. Highly recommend.

I'm a My Best Buy Total member so this service was no added cost. I was a little skeptical I wouldn't be charged extra but I wasn't. The installer worked quickly, installed the tv mount, in-wall cable concealer, and my tv pretty quickly, without any mistakes.

We bought the 85” Samsung Tv for our Christmas present this year. Treated ourselves to the geek squad delivery and set up. Talk about enjoying watching someone else doing the work! It was great!! They had to swap out the imput connection because we have it in the wall and this tv needed a longer one. No problem, they had one and went right to fishing it through just like it was suppose to be. We’re happy with their professionalism and work ethics. And they were on time exactly!!

My agent was so pleasant to work with. He knew exactly what he was doing. Installation was fast but ensured that everything was done correctly and in a professional manner. Didnt feel rushed when explaining the details of the TV and setup.

I was very satisfied with the installation team. As stated above, they were very efficient and knowledgable.

Michael from the Geek Squad mounted my TV on a tricky wall with little or no damage. He went over instructions until I was certain I understood which remote I need for which operation. He cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished. He set up everything needed, but couldn't get my aged DVD player to connect to the TV. That was a disappointment but an understandable situation.

The two Geek Squad team members worked together to quickly remove our existing television and replace it with our new one. They used a level to be sure it was properly mounted, made sure that the new tv interfaced with our existing remote controls as well as our router.

The Geek Squad expertly installed my tv and swivel stand. They patiently helped me install my programs and showed me how to use the remote control. After going to the trouble of helping me order special chords and an extractor so that I could use my sound box, they said to call if I needed help hooking them up. Then they never answered my calls.

Our new 65” TV was mounted in our media Room by the Geek Squad. Everything was done. As requested. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Service was great my only compliant was that the price that was told to me me was way different after service was rendered.
