The agents were on time, were extremely professional, and completed the entire install with politeness and humor. They reprogrammed my Universal Remote exactly as I liked and were very thorough with explaining to us how everything worked! Great job fellas!

Installers did a great job. They were punctual, courteous, and thorough.

The person connected a N antenna so i could get local channels on my TV and he installed my TV into a wall-mount in my bedroom so I can easily watch TV in bed. As I live alone, this is very handy for me!!!

The two Geek Squad members arrived on time and were very good in installing a large flat-screen TV promptly. They also accommodated my request to hide peripherals like the cable box and Roku behind the set to reduce cable clutter. They even came back to straighten the set when it shifted on the wall mount. Although we did not need it, they offered to program remotes. They were very conscientious in cleaning up work space. High praise for this team in making installation easy.

The employee who sold us the TV did not try to up sale us. Friendly and knowledgeable about the TV we were looking to buy. The Tech's showed up on time to install the TV and completed the task quickly. They had great customer service. Over all we are always pleased shopping at Best Buy.

After purchasing an 82" Samsung Television, I began my search for a stand large enough to accommodate it. Quickly discovered that I was going to have to pay over $1,000 for the ones I liked. Instead, I opted to have Best Buy Geek Squad mount it for me and, resultantly, saved some money and it is now beautifully mounted on the wall of my media room. Quick and professional installation.

The Geeks went above and beyond with the installation. They even threw in a piece of equipment I needed for free. I have used the Geeks twice now and will only use them from now on.

They mounted my tv and connected everything. They were very polite and professional . Everything works great. They also answered all of my questions and showed me how to work my remote. They were also here on time and worked well together. I would use them again on any project that I needed done.

The guys from Geek Squad were professional, knowledgable and very helpful with the installation, setup and assistance with operating our new TV.

The agents installed one new 60 inch TV in the den and connected the DVD, VCR and audio box. They also moved and connected two other TV's each with its own DVD/VCR. They connected the new 60 inch TV in such a way that the audio box was the main speaker and the Dish remote controlled most of the TV functions. They also provided a tutorial on how to use the features of the new TV. The service was excellent; we are very happy with the result.

The agent who installed my Insignia also set it up so that I could easily turn on and off my TV. He was so very wonderful and even helped put back my TV console which is very very heavy. I am a senior citizen and his thoughtfulness meant a great deal to me. I recommend this service.

I have a difficult time with new technology and the helpfulness and patience of the installers was SO HELPFUL to understanding how to use my new purchase.
