Our new 65” TV was mounted in our media Room by the Geek Squad. Everything was done. As requested. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

The installers were very professional and installed my new QLED Television efficiently.

The guy that set it up went beyond to make sure all of our components work with the tv, . Very friendly and answered all our questions. Called help to remove old 17 year old ad heavy tv so we didn’t have to help. Great experience.

The service rep arrived very early and removed tv from old wall, drove over to my new unit, and mounted it on the wall at new unit in a timely fashion.

The agents mounted TV and TV Brackets. From start to finish they seemed to know what they were doing, made sure they took care around furniture, wore masks, answered questions made sure we knew how to operate all devices, stepped us through TV operations, made sure we called Xfinity to fix a broken modem, advised us of change our decision possibilities that included upgrade in size of TV.

Christian Gonzalez and his assistant were very professional and courteous. They mounted our new TV quickly and took the time to set it up and explain the new features. This is our first new TV in 15 years so definitely appreciated them taking the time.

The service we received was excellent. We were fortunate to have two individuals that knew exactly what they were doing. They were extremely professional and excellent troubleshooters. They were respectful and clean up the mess after completing the project. This is the second time was had the Geek Squad doing service in our residence. Both times were completed with great quality.

The service crew led by Mike were both professional and polite. You can tell that this was not just a job for them; it was like watching an artist create a masterpiece: attention to detail, outlining, asking questions, set-up, teaching, cleaning, etc.... The guys were fast, professional and expert at mounting and seting everything up. I'm pretty tech savvy so I kept having to tell them i could run and set up my 7.2 sound system later! I just needed them for the TV delivery,mounting and setup cuz I cant lift any of them.

I got this for my parents with their 77" TV since I knew they wouldn't get it mounted otherwise. They said the installers were amazing, polite, and mounted the TV perfectly. They are so excited to have the rest of their room back, without the TV stand, and the TV looks amazing on the wall. Great service!
