Agents mounted TV and helped feed wires through wall. Was in renovation and had prepared for TV, but required some challenges getting everything to fit right. Agent was professional and polite--very impressed. Will say that was assistant to agent and he just played on his phone during install except for hanging TV. Was a little weird as I could see he was on social media, etc. But very happy with service overall!

Fantastic job done by polite professionals. In and out. They took the old TV that the new one replaced and ensured not only that it looked great, but that the job was cleaned up. This service was included as part of the best buy program and I was thrilled that it was at no additional cost.

Agents attached the TV mount to wall, mounted TV and connected all accessories. They checked the operation of the TV and asked if I had any questions regarding the options available. Great service!

I bought a large flat screen TV which needed to be mounted on a different wall. Best Buy technician Dave arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m and was prepared for every situation that we had. He was also very organized and methodical to make his work quick and seemingly effortless. He went above and beyond to ask what I wanted to know and if I considered other options that may work better. The absolute best, Thank you!

Was very professional and knowledgeable. They asked me to to make sure I was completely happy with the installation and the placement. They wanted to know if there was anything they can do or any questions they could answer before they leave and made sure that I was 100% happy gave me a contact number to call if I think of anything or changed my mind about the placement.

Was told at the store when placing order that the crew ‘worked on older homes all the time and that lath and plaster walls were fine…’ Order placed by store associate thusly included parts necessary to conceal wires into wall. Crew showed up and said they don’t cut into lath walls and that they would have to surface mount. Crew promised to return parts and we wouldn’t be charged. This hasn’t been the case and after speaking with store manager, was informed that the crew hadn’t yet put the parts back into system yet and not to worry we wouldn’t be charged. Now have filed a dispute with Best Buy. Also should have installers write down instructions for the new universal remote ….

Excellent service. The tech was to mount new 55” tv using the mount I had already purchased with the tv. However the mount was defective. He had another mount with him ( fortunately) which was of higher quality so it was a win. Glad I purchased the service as I will be using them again for another install in November

The installer did a great job of hanging our bracket for the TV and also installing to the Wi-Fi. He arrived on time was very professional. He answered our questions and was truly interested in getting a job done right. Congratulations to him and he made us very happy with our new TV on the wall.

Very easy - they came in, installed the TV and set it up. They knew the device and what presets they recommend. Very easy, friendly, and efficient.

My installation team were great. They were fast, neat and professional. They answered all my questions, made suggestion and cleaned up all packaging.

Very professional, friendly, and quick. I purchased the tv and mounting parts and they put it all together. They offered me an option to hide the cords which has worked out perfect! My only concern was in good service fashion they gave me “customer gets what customer wants” but due to my inexperience, they were going to let me mount the TV way too low until my friend dropped by and saw the error. Good catch on her part. After getting my tv console, the tv still needs to be raised 4 inches. I wonder what it would cost to come have it adjusted? Hmmm

The agent installled the mounting bracket, mounted the TV and installed the power extension and cables from the TV to the cable box and sound bar. The agent also set up my cable remote to be able to control the tv and sound bar. He cleaned the mess made by installing the power extension unit and took the TV box with him. Highly recommend this service if you are looking to mount your flat screen on the wall.

Dominick and his helper did an excellent job in mounting my new TV on the wall bracket. He tested the internet strength and recommended contacting Google Fiber for an upgrade. Best of all, Dominic was extremely patient in explaining the technology genres.

the agents that came to my house went way above and beyond. They came just before the covid closings. It took two of them to mount my TV. Had it ceiling mounted, with soundbar bracket to hang underneath. Bought parts from Amazon but these guys did everything they could to get my TV up, and they did. The soundbar bracket they tried but just couldn't make it work. They were great to talk to and very informative definitely would recommend.
