These guys were awesome. They setup TV and home theater system. I wanted my new stuff to look better than what I could do and these guys knocked it out of the park. Love the system and the look of everything. Sounds great as well.

The totalcare membership has been the best investment as a new homeowner. They did a professional installation of the TV mount and TV in the best spot. They consulted me before installation and finished quickly.

The techs were efficient and explained every step of the process, including how to interface with several different video sources. They also answered all questions clearly and made sure we could use the controller to do all common functions and access setup menus to customize when desired.

The folks were very professional and prompt. i was pleased with their work but not with being able to hide the power cord as was promised when I purchased the product. I am still waiting on the Best Buy store to contact me to resolve the issue. The Geek Squad executive called me and told me the store would be contacting me.

The two guys that delivered and setup my TV were very professional and wasted no time in doing everything to insure that all went well. They put my old TV in the box from my new TV and installed my new one and set it up for easy startup. They were great and did a wonderful job.

The TV was placed on the fireplace and all my devices/available programs were added the Guy did a great job.

Our Geek Squad service was great. We replaced an old 58" plasma TV with a new 75" QLED. The old TV was a tank, weighing over 140 lbs. The techs removed the old TV, hung a new mount and mounted the new TV and set up a new soundbar without issue. I highly recommend the Geek Squad service.

They installed my TV with professionalism and care and followed all my building’s HOA rules without a problem. They had a great attitude and were very helpful and nice. I recommend them without hesitation. They were even early which was nice and the updated me the new schedule in addition to calling the day before about their estimate arrival time. The did an excellent job!

The techs arrived on time. They clearly communicated to me why they were here and how they were going to accomplish the job. Kept me up to date on the status of the job. They hooked up all items, demonstrated how they work. They cleaned up the work area and they actually left the area better looking upon their departure than upon their arrival. I would highly recommend the geek squad for this service.

The Total Tech squad were professional, kind and amazing! They mounted the bracket to the wall with such perfection Placed Curved TV on and set it all up for us! We are thrilled with the expertise and wealth of knowledge. They answered all our questions effectively! Josh is definitely an asset to Best Buy!

These guys were in and out leaving only a cloud of dust and the two televisions on the wall placed in the exact right place. They really knew what they were doing and hooked everything up and really were in an out in less than half an hour. They worked quickly and effectively. There was no real cloud of dust as they brought their vacuum to clean up and any wall board dust. They were polite and impressive with their efficiency.

Guys did a great job. Respectful and courtious. I recomended to my mom and she used them to install when she purched a tv also.
