The guys that came to my house were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They went over everything with me up front to make sure there were no surprises. Obviously experienced installers. They even took the trash with them.

The service was incredible. Expertly handled a job I was not capable of doing by myself. They were knowledgeable about the mount and also had some great tips about setting up the tv.

Jeff was friendly, pleasant and explained exactly what he was doing, He suggested we replace our power strip with a surge protector. which we agreed was a good idea. The bracket was mounted, TV set up, and the sound bar linked with no problem at all. He showed us how to operate new TV and sound bar. Very good job

The team was awesome. Professional and beyond helpful in installing a new TV in my brother’s (has special needs) new home, and offered to mount his small TV in his bedroom. Above and beyond my expectations. They mad sure everything worked before leaving and were very friendly. Thank you Geek Squad!

The agents removed my old TV and mounted new TV with new mount. They connected and assured proper operation of my devices, cable box and home theater.

The gentleman that mounted my tv were in contact with me with when they will be there and were on time. They were very knowledgeable. They wanted to make sure that I was happy and always asked me questions to make sure it’s done to my satisfaction. They were also quick and the quality of their work was great. Totally worth the money. Saved me from stress and frustration.

These two guys managed a challenging wall mount with this tv, due to its size and weight. They were quick to problem solve and the final effect is a balanced tv in the perfect spot. Cannot remember their names. I think they were Shane and Matt? Great Geeks!!!

The team that came in were friendly, cordial, and informative in giving us their insights to the tv’s planned installed location. They had all of the necessary tools and helped my family feel secure in the service.

The Geek Squad agents did a great job installing the TV. First, they communicated well regarding the time of their arrival. And, they arrived on time! They set up the TV exactly as I wanted. They also pointed out a number of factors that I hadn't considered, but which were important and helpful. They also explained the use of the TV after they set it up. And they were great conversationalists!

The agents were at my house on time, unboxed my tv, set it up, showed me how it worked, and had everything cleaned up in half an hour. Excellent service!

My TV had to be returned and replaced. The first team of agents (Geek Squad) was great. They installed the equipment and made sure everything was working correctly, and set controls so we could operate the TV efficiently. The team that brought the replacement was from a company they apparently hired out to. The installation was okay but not quite as good as it had been. The controls and apps are hard to find, and we cannot find the cable or anything without searching through everything. The first team deserves 5 stars. I'm not rating the second team.

I have been a customer of Best Buy for years. I had Geek Squad install home alliances, entertainment systems, you name it. Rowel and Matt have to be the best Geek Squad that has ever come to install anything. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and are perfectionists. There aren't enough words to explain how amazing their services were today. They are the type of people that makes you keep wanting to shop at Best Buy.

The install team installed my wall bracket, TV, sound bar, PS4 Pro, 4k DVD player with precision, accuracy and professionalism. They even ensured the components worked correctly and that everything was configured to the wi-fi. They even took the time to show me how to configure a blu-tooth device. The Geek Squad really cares about their customers. I definitely will be using them in the future! KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC WORK!

The team that mounted our TVs were AWESOME! The TV has great features. The picture is pretty good. The only thing I have not figured out is how to watch older basketball games. The quality of the basketball games are poor and grainy. When I play one of the games from Amazon on a smaller TV you can make out the players. But on this 86 inch TV it's to blurry/grainy to even tell who the players are. I hope this is just a setting. LOL... But some things shouldn't be see this large that's on TV. Video games are GREAT!

Love the Geek Squad! The mounted the 65” TV on the wall, we’re very professional, and were apologetic they couldn’t fully set up the TV because we didn’t have internet yet.

The People who came out to hang our tv did a wonderful job. They were very professional. The whole time they were here they were very respectful, took very good care of everything they were working around, answered all of our questions, and cleaned very well after.
