Geek Squad was fantastic! They connected it to the stand and got everything working on it and did it very quickly! The two that installed it were courteous and friendly. They took their time to answer our questions. Also told me to call back if I had any problems. I couldn't ask for better service! Best Buy is one of my favorite stores!

I love my new Samsung Frame TV. The guys who installed it were really careful and wanted to be sure I was happy with it.

The crew who came out were awesome. They were knowledgeable and detail oriented. Answered all of my questions and took their time doing the job. Made sure I was totally satisfied before they left.

AS OF FEBRUARY 18, 2025 AT 5:20 PM, THIS SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED AS PROMISED IN 2024!!!!! WHY? THE SEVERAL TELEPHONE CALLS I HAVE MADE TO MAGNOLIA REQUESTING TO COMPLETE THIS SERVICE AS PROMISED APPARENTLY HAVE BEEN IGNORED BECAUSE SUCH SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. BEST BUY/GEEK SQUAD/MAGNOLIA WHO APPARENTLY JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN, SO IT SEEMS. MY FUTURE PURCHASES AT BEST BUY/MAGNOLIA HAVE BEEN PUT ON HOLD AND WILL BE CANCEL SOON DUE TO MAGNOLIA NOT FULFILLING IT'S PROMISES IN GOOD FAITH

Fantastic service! The Best Buy team was quick, efficient, and professional. They had my TV set up perfectly in under 30 minutes, cleaned up afterward, and it looks great. Very impressed!

we had a miscommunication at first. 2 guys came from the geek squad took down my old tv and put up the new one. As they were packing up bc they thought the were done and I said it’s supposed to be on a moveable mount. The store forgot to give me the mount and charge me. So they left I went back to the store got the rack and Naomi came on Sunday by herself took the tv down put on the bracket and tv and it was fine. Except we had a mis communication and she had hooked my sound bar up directly to the tv and I wanted it separate from my cable. I wanted it as a separate entity. So I. Called back and she came back and fixed it the way I wanted it to. So at this point I was a happy camper UNTIL I went to use the sound bar that night and I couldn’t get it to work. Called the geeks to come back out . The day which was Monday I got a call from Naomi saying that they have nothing to do with the sound bar she told me to hold on as she was looking through the book and walked me through some steps and WALA FIXED. ThTs why it pays to buy the total Gerk Squad protection. The end

They accomplished a tough installation with minimal hassle. They are great !!!

I definitely recommend this, no matter how much you think installation is easy and you can do this yourself, those guys have gadgets and stuff to get the job done perfectly with NO DAMAGE and ONG they can hide all your wires and give you advices on how to take care of your device to last even longer , I love it

They mounted the TV help me set it up as well as connected all my devices such as ps5 and other game consoles

Honestly, I've always had excellent Geek squad experiences both in store and at my home. This TV installation was great. The technician took time to help with the set-up of streaming services and was extremely patient.
