The installers arrived on time . They were efficient and courteous. Most importantly, they took the time to set up and program the remotes and were very patient in explaining how to use all the feTures. They set up all the apps and explained how to use them, . They were very patient with our questions and did not leave until we understood how to use all the features.

Ron was very professional and courteous. Respectful of my property and mindfull of saftey. The installation was quick which shows Ron knows what he is doing. Additionally I wish I could give more that 5 Stars because Ron went above and beyond by facilitating the rescheduling of my appointment because a snow storm prevented the original date.

Samuel and Majid did exactly what I had requested, which was to mount my TV on the wall in the kitchen, connect it up to Verizon One, help me (and show me) how to get Disney plus, HBO max and make sure it all worked. They did a great job and patiently showed me how to go online after they left so that I felt confident enough to do this myself.

TV works well, but the installation was exceptional and quick. The tech's ability to program the TV was mind-blowing. I was mesmerized by his agility and dexterity in entering the data in the remote control. Best clean up!

The two people that came to install the mount and the TV were incredible! One of them even put on shoe covers to keep the snow off the carpet. They even took the big boxes with them! Great service.

The agents ran into some issues with unforeseen problems in my wall. They worked patiently through all the issues and left me.with a perfect, professional installation. They hooked everything up and made sure I understood how to navigate through all the menus to take full advantage of the capabilities of my new tv. The guys were awesome. If you're not fully confident in where and how you want your TV mounted, I definitely recommend them for that peace of mind. Quick, professional and they didn't mind adjusting wall placement and even cleaned up when they were done. The installers did an excellent job on hanging up our new TV with sound bar and sub woofer. They were professional, polite and answered all our questions. They also communicated when they expected to be there and were very timely.

The Geek Squad guys are definitely the "heroes" of this install. They got it all installed, set up and working very quickly. The wall mount would've have taken me all day and they had it up so fast and made it look so easy! So glad I had them do this work.

These team was very professional. They took special care much like they were doing it for themselves; measuring and centering to ensuring all the wires were hidden properly and even mounted the AppleTV on the wall mount out of sight. They cleaned up after themselves as well as taking care when drilling to catch all the dust.

Once again the Geek Squad installation team did an outstanding job of installing our Sony 75 inch TV above the fireplace. We have used the Best Buy Geek Squad TV installation team previously with excellent results.
