I paid geek squad to install my soundbar & wall mount my 65" TV. Totally worth every penny. They were professional and cleaned up all mess & debris related to the install and even installed everything in such a way to to have no wires showing. Totally recommend using them for all electronic needs

The mountings of TVs on May 6 was excellent. They knew exactly where the placements should be based on sizes of TVs. The were quick and knew what they were doing. They asked if I had any questions or concerns before leaving. Cindy from Magnolia HiFi home service followed up to see if I was satisfied. May 6 service excellent.

The geek squad kept me informed on there arrival time. They quickly removed the old TV and mounted the new one. They then got it all set up and removed the box and debris that came with the new television. Everything works and the geek guys made sure all was working before they left. It was a great experience and I would recommend them highly.

The team did a great job mounting the tv over the fireplace and were very friendly and professional. They also fixed wiring that the home builder had left hanging out of the wall (in case we wanted the tv on the floor)

The two technicians who came to my house were incredibly professional and helpful. They took proper precaution when mounting my TV and cleaned up afterward. The two people that came to install the mount and the TV were incredible! One of them even put on shoe covers to keep the snow off the carpet. They even took the big boxes with them! Great service.

The agent who came was excellent in mounting the tv and taking the old tv down. He was professional in every way and took time to explain all the features on the new tv and how to access them. We purchased a Total Tech membership when we purchased our 65" LG OLED TV. The install of TV and mounting bracket was free with our Total tech membership, and install was on a brick wall requiring special mounting fasteners. There was some confusion between Best Buy and the installers regarding the install date and it appears the confusion was on the part of Best Buy. Still, a great quality install.

I want to tell Best Buy thank you for being there for me and my family. My daughter Antonique wanted to buy me a TV for Mother's Day , which was the greatest gift ever. Best Buy Delivered my TV on time and set up my Channels. I called Best Buy an d add my daughter to my acc. just in case she want's to buy me and the else.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job of installing the TV on the wall for viewing. The wall mount I ordered was not strong enough and they had another one on their truck which I purchased. They were so very helpful and neat. They cleaned up after the install. Please use them. They know what to do.

Awesome experience with Geek Squad! They called in advance, brought all the equipment (surround equip and TV mounting) and were even prepared when a couple of snafus popped up during installation of the home theater pieces. They took care of everything and made sure I was familiar with how it all worked before cleaning up and leaving. Highly recommend!

The team mounted all three of my TVs expertly and professionally. Both were very knowledgeable and courteous. Will definitely have them out for future mounting.

This was one of the worst experiences i have ever had as a constumer. I worked away from home and my wife was there for the installation, 1 tech showed up and mounted my tv. It was a 65 inch. During the proscess he damaged the corner or the tv, we didnt notice until trying to change position months later. They sent the same tech out to look at it, he saw it before it was ever removed from the mount, and acknowledged the damage that looked like it was caused by a thumb from lifting the tv. He denied he mounted it alone, and the store claimed that was their policy to have 2 techs to mount tv's that large. The only thing they offered me was to refund and cancel my geek squad warranty. It is now 4 years later and that damage has ruined the tv to the point it cannot operate. I spent over $1k on a 4k smart tv that didnt last 4 years because of their horrendous services and lack of reciprocation.

Sean and his partner did a professional, timely and owner friendly mounting, setup and tuning of the new big screen TV! Very cordial and answered all my questions in a manner that was easily understood.
