The agent was professional and got the job done - mounted tv to wall and connected with internet

After a little mixup with the scheduling the gentleman that came over to finish the job we’re both excellent flight. They did forget hook up my phone, but I guess I’ll have to have them out again.

The installer was a contractor, not a BestBuy employee. He knew the job very well, and worked quickly and efficiently. He had miscellaneous parts (bolts etc) in his tool kit and did not to back & forth to tge truck for tools, etc. Personable and professional. I offered to help, but he handled everything. He removed the old TV from the wall mount and installed the new TV. Then very precisely centered it and arranged the cables to minimize their presence. Afterwards, we checked the TV operation; the channels seemed fine, but the wifi signal was weak making it difficult to stream channels. After he left, i checked the TV channels and most were missing. This was a cable company issue, not an installation issue. But after a half hour on the phone with the cable company tech person, all channels were available and functioning. The installer did an excellent job.

The fella that delivered & installed my new TV was as good as you get! Very personable, obviously knowledgeable, answered all my questions as well as sharing things i didn’t even know to ask!! I just can’t say enough about the quality of this particular person. If he is representative of your tech staff, I would guess you get raving feedback regularly!

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to all devices. They were quick and did a good job. The TV picture is beautiful and the sound quality is better than my previous TV. Although I had to work with my cable company to program their remote, the agents left me with the Vizio remote in a condition that allowed me to watch TV before calling my cable company.

These guys are incredible at making your TV look perfect in its space as well as working like a dream!!! I just can't say enough about how great the teams are! I have had 3 different teams at 3 different times due to various stages of renovations (one left to go!) and each time there were different situations that they were able to resolve. Thank YOU!!!!

Matt and Christina are some of the best Geek Squad staff anyone could ask for! They mounted a total of 3 TV’s for us, one of them including a sound bar, and did a fantastic, neat, leveled job! They even work fast too! They are so friendly and knowledgeable. I will be requesting them again when we decide to mount another TV.

Not a big reviewer, but the two gents from Geek Squad were simply awesome. They came on a day when we had an ice storm. They WALKED the TV and sound bar down our 69 foot driveway and proceeded to do an awesome job installing everything and getting it going. Best Buy and Geek Squad with “Total Tech Package “ is the way to go.

The agent set up my television (no mounting was required) and made sure I had access to everything I was supposed to and explained how to navigate among devices. He was patient and knowledgeable.

Geek Squad mounted my TV and reviewed with us its operation. Total Tech is the only way for our family to deal with installation, and all tech help! The excellence of the Geek Squad people is what makes Best Buy my only choice for electronics and tech items.

Installer did a good job installing a flat panel tv wall mount. However, he was not able to mount an Apple TV behind the wall mount. Salesman said that could be done with the mount he sold us but he was incorrect. In wall extension cord could not be installed for the same reason. So now we have a cord hanging down from the tv and cannot connect an Apple TV to the TV as planned. We did save the $50 to have the in wall plug installed. Not good that geek squad was going to charge us a fee to mount the TV and another fee to install the plug. Should be a single install fee for multiple items like this in one install trip. Since the total membership plan was changed, it’s not worth the membership fee anymore.

Geek Squad team set up/installed a new 65”OLED LG tv…efficient, professional and courteous. Adjusted all the tv and remote settings and explained all the features. Hauled away the old tv and all the packaging. Well worth having Geek Squad do this project!

The Geek Squad arrived at the scheduled time to delver and set up the tv. They did their job correctly, accurately and quickly. They were very neat and provided excellent instructions on how to use the remote to add apps. They agents were polite and friendly. I would absolutely highly recommend Geek Squad service to everyone!

Very efficient- brought with them everything needed - checked the wall out to make certain they used the correct bracket. Mine was not suitable for the wall.
